Lose two massive bookends in Reiwoldt and Rance and up steps Grimes and Lynch, the injuries etc. are going to improve this team over the next year or two.

Grimes was robbed last year from AA hopefully he'll get in this year, deserves it.

Always thought he’s been a bit underrated even by some of our supporters. So glad he got to play in a premiership. His gutsy and team oriented style make him a favourite. If he adds leadership this year, he’ll have done it all.

I said to a mate when Rance went down that a positive may be that Grimes will now get the recognition he deserves as a elite backman.
