Employers cannot refuse resignations from employees

I can find plenty of legislation around what employees are entitled to as pay outs when leaving employment but can't find anything about being liable for employers costs to replace them.

Care to point me to the relevant documents?

Fixed term contracts don't prevent an employee from pursuing an unfair dismissal claim IF it is ended by the employer before its stipulated end date.
 
Seeing as this is the scandals and rumours board I heard Mrs Mitchell found out Sam couldn't keep it in his pants with a certain ex wce eagles player ex wife and told him she is leaving for Melbourne with the kids thus forcing Sam to leave for reconciliation purposes. No doubt its BS as this does not go with our family friends flags 2018 theme
