Guys in bikinis. Guys with girl names (eg, Meredith) .....

Sure you're not a little gender confused ?

Tehe, anyway it's last name, and it's NOT a bikini. If anything it's a tankini. AND it's the most attractive tankini I've seen for a while. So shush you.

At least I have a gender to be confused about Malefanny.

Damn those compromising pics of Roos taken at the end of year trip*. They were the only reason Rossy got his hands on our Schneiderman

Legal Disclaimer : This may be the only explanation I can think of for such a foolhardy decision but this is a fictional construct. This post in no way implies Roos was in fact engaged in any nocturnal naughtiness of the type which could result in such pics real or otherwise and any such pics alleged to be in the possession of any St Scum coach, fictional or real, are clearly photoshopped and in fact depict nothing of the sort. That's not even Roosy's bum.

Sydney linked to player from another club, version 14824.

Mark Stevens in the Hun says we're interested in Lachie Hansen now that it is pretty likely that Taylor Walker will remain at the Crows.

I've been disappointed with Hansen this year after showing a fair bit last year. He is lucky to be playing, if Black and Kennedy didn't have severe injuries he wouldn't be playing.

Is he been played out of position or just having a form slump? realistically what would you want for him?
I'll take this one for Tas.

It's probably a combination of things. Hansen is a natural CHB who was asked to play forward with mixed results in 2011 after a very promising second half of 2010. This is partly to do with a sore back after diving head first into a fence, a sore shoulder, crappy delivery inside 50, lack of physical strength and a lack of confidence. He is quite a talented player and when on is can be excellent. He has great hands, a huge tank and reads the flight of the ball really well. But at this stage he is much too inconsistent and seems to switch off from time to time.

He has been moved back to CHB of late and has looked much better back there. He needs about another 5 kgs of muscle on his frame to really hold down the spot.

I doubt North would entertain a trade unless the deal was much too good to refuse. Scott has invested a lot of time and effort into Hansen and I get the feeling that he has come to the conclusion that he will be best to leave him in the back half from now on. Given that I would think that he would give Hansen another year before entertaining any type of trade.

Petrie coming back has dislodged him. Both Petrie and Hansen are no good at CHF which means Hansen has played a fair bit in defense with some time up forward in a secondary forward role.

I still think the club is looking to develop him to take over from Petrie when he retires. Petrie turns 29 in a couple of months and Hansen just turned 23, if we can get Hansen to peak development within 3 years he would give us a good full forward for 6 odd years after Petrie retires.

He has a lot of similarities to Petrie, the country background, both showed a lot of potential with good overhead marking at a young age but didn't have high confidence levels or played aggressively. Petrie hits contests hard now and has a lot more self-confidence/maturity as you would expect. I think it will come for Hansen but the next few years he just has to nut out.

I don't think our club would even be prepared to listen to offers. He would have to ask to leave and we wouldn't get remotely near market value at this point in time if he wanted to go, especially if he wanted to go to a specific club.

More proven than Jesse but has similar issues. I'm not a big fan of him but North should persist with him. He's at that halfway stage between coming good and being trade bait. If I were North I'd give him at least another year before I consider trading.

Agreed. We don't need him anyway. LJ, Spang and White should be battling it out to play next to Reid from now on. Don't need him down back with Reg, LRT, Teddy and AJ either.

Would still love Travis Colyer from the Dons.

I'd take a punt on Aaron Davey too. He's so much better than what he's showing at the Demons too. I doubt the Demons will let him go but I'd have a go at him. Has played in mostly poor teams but in a side that does all the hard, grunt work and gives him the ball to just deliver, he could be a star again.
