Early Trade Week Thread

Thought I would open a thread to look at potential tradees for trade week this year.

3 come to mind who are, having troubles at the club or out of contract:
Mitch Morton
Taylor Walker
Mitch Clark

All are quality players, incosistent but. Have showed what they can do, Clark was(or close to) All Australian in 09, Morton has kicked 40+ goals before and Walker has a truckload of potential.

Thoughts on others or these?

I know that but discussions on players who we could trade for in trade week can't hurt.

I'd imagine these players would be up for trade or want to move elsewhere:

Jesse White
Paul Bevan
Jarred Moore (potentially)

Adelaide are missing some toughness in the back half, Bevan + 3rd Rounder for Walker?

Moore for Morton?

Adelaide wouldn't take that at all. Take at least a 2nd rounder for Walker.

Even though he's not a forward, I'd love to splash some cash on Big Bad Bustling Ben Reid from the pies....How's his contact anyone?

Signed a 2 year contract last year.

Mitch and Nathan Brown would be good. Play at both ends. Don't rule out those 3 though.

I refuse to give this thread any legitimacy by adding any further to it. (OK, i know i have just added, but this is the last time, at least till later in the year)

This is too early in the season to be discussing players we want to trade. I will go along with any players we may want to get, as in a decent full forward or a taller and stronger full back (to cope with J. Brown and Buddy Franklin), but I wont discuss players who are presently playing for us. They have time to turn their seasons/careers around, and as long as they are wearing the red and the white, they deseve respect.
