East are always relevant, given we're the greatest club to ever grace the WAFL.

Also, it still baffles me that the firm over in Boston even suggested a merger. It would be expected they'd know the difference between greatness and awfulness pretty easily.

I might just be talking as a biased WC supporter right now, but I feel JK was better performed over the year then Buddy and deserved it more.

All Buddy did was flat track against Carlton and stole it right at the end.

Those 92 & 94 flags of WCE were due to the quality of ex SF and EF boys running around at the time....some champs from both clubs TBH....pity SF have gone off the boil, majority of their recent AFL draftees have crashed and burned at the elite level pretty quickly....whilst EF majority of draftees forge out 150 plus careers winning accolades along the way.....

Wash your mouth out Swannies, a disgusting thing to say, the idea of those losers sharing an oval with us disgusts me, let alone suggesting they should merge with us.

Shut their oval down and make them play at the netball courts around the corner, bunch of pansies that they are would fit right in there.

Obviously you haven't seen the ilk of the "ladies" who play netball there then...some are bigger and harder than most players running around in the WAFL these days...

I think we all need to take a moment to appreciate the greatest club in WAFL history and what it's done for West Coast.

We currently have 6 former East players our list, with 4 of them being B22 (Sheppard, JK, Yeo, Cripps). JK is currently the best FF in the comp, while Yeo has established himself as an elite player of the AFL, cultimating in winning both our BnF and AA selection.

In comparison, South hasn't supplied us a single B22 player in the past 5 years, adding to a growing list of reasons that prove they need to fold.

POTY, give the man a medal. Give him the C over the Shuey!!!
