According to the all time player stats, Furies. But I can't tell you which season.

Amazingly, @Shermy is still on 100% game time. Additionally, he did not give up a goal in the first half of the past two rounds

For anyone wanting to learn my "secrets", I'm holding seminar at the East Side RSL on Wednesday night. I hear the place really looks great after the small fire incident

We score the last 5 goals to win by a goal and move up to 9th

So this was it. The first step if we needed to get to finals. We scored the first and Itsmyshow wasn't afraid to celebrate:

1 : 1.26 {rHBF} - larrikin reads the play better and marks.
1 : 1.3 {rHFF} - NinjaSwan signals for his teammates to present.
1 : 1.34 {FF} - Itsmyshow makes an offer.
1 : 1.4 {FF} - Near Kern upset the marking attempt by Itsmyshow.
1 : 1.44 {FF} - Itsmyshow weaves through the congestion.
1 : 1.51 {FF} - Itsmyshow sells the dummy and has a shot.
1 : 1.54 {FF} - Can he kick it? Yes he can.

At the end of the first quarter he had scored 2 and Agent93 had scored 1, but we were a point behind. We shared the goals in the second with NinjaSwan , Milera2Betts and 11kgm getting in on the act but we were 2 points behind at half time. In the third the Rats stepped up their attacking game but we defended well; the lead was up to 9 points. It was time for a big quarter...

...by the Rats, who got the first 5 scoring shots of the game. We were 4 goals behind. Then it happened.

GOAL BY GOAL :

15.35 - Goal to Itsmyshow (ESP) - SCS by 18 point(s).
16 - Goal to MannumPower (ESP) - SCS by 12 point(s).
16.38 - Goal to NinjaSwan (ESP) - SCS by 6 point(s).
19.19 - Goal to NinjaSwan (ESP) - scores level.
20.54 - Goal to SM (ESP) - ESP by 6 point(s).

So we move to 5-9. Itsmyshow scored 5.2 and thewizardmelon and SM starred with 22 disposals. por_please_ya got 7 tackles.
It's still an uphill battle but we need to beat the Demons next, and we will give them a warm welcome. 2 games to go!

Two wins in a row and we move into the 8

We returned to the Eyrie this week and faced the high-flying Demons. We were well aware that one goal would result in Tarkyn_24 's 1,000th career goal, and we had set eth-dog to prevent that happening.

As it turned out, he scored his goal and was given a standing ovation from the crowd:



As for the game itself, the changes made worked fantastically. We scored the first through larrikin with a great team move after one minute:

1 : .36 {CHB} - He kicks sideways towards eth-dog.

1 : .45 {CHB} - eth-dog weaves through the congestion.
1 : .47 {CHB} - Huge handpass to MannumPower. As good as a kick.
1 : .51 {C} - A wild handball - but luckily SM was well placed to clean up.
1 : .55 {C} - SM dummy's the handpass and then takes a bounce.
1 : .59 {C} - Almost a throw to por_please_ya.
1 : 1.01 {lHFF} - Gets onto his preferred foot and boots it long.
1 : 1.05 {lHFF} - sante claims the mark but its play on.
1 : 1.09 {lHFF} - larrikin dances around sante.
1 : 1.13 {lHFF} - larrikin blazes away at goal.
1 : 1.16 {lHFF} - larrikin gets the goal.

We scored the first 4 goals of the game and never looked back. A comfortable win in the end, with Milera2Betts scoring 5 and thewizardmelon 36 disposals! 3 of our players tonned up, the wizard himself with Agent93 and SM not far behind. SM got 12 tackles in the game which was massive in stopping the dangerous Demons.

So we move into 8th and take matters into our own hands against the Warriors. Can we do it?
