There's a new version currently available in early access on steam. $15US. or if you own a version of Football Manager it might still be a couple of dollars cheaper than that.

Don't think they have the licensing yet, but this website has all the relevant updates.

I saw it somewhere...and I think there were a few European leagues included, just to make you happy.
