Your the embarassment. If you look back you will see that I quoted your "love it" reply when I wrote about applegarth. You idiot. South Adelaide - just look at their attendances, they totally stink !

No, I'm well aware that you quoted my "love it" reply, and started raving on about Ken Applegarth. Again, what does Ken Applegarth have to do with anything? Do you even read what people say, before you start spouting your ********e?

Our attendances? What the hell has that got to do with anything either? Glenelg's attendances aren't exactly ground breaking either!

Besides... if you want something that "stinks", take a look at Glenelg's on field performances!!!

You said about our past coach so I brought up yours, thats the relevance.
Something that stinks..... yeah but dont forget you have only had one more win than us this year.
Our attendances have always been fairly good even in the rough times, always in the top 5 or 6 for the sanfl you will find.

Top 6? There are only 9 teams in the SANFL! Having the 6th highest attendances is not something to brag about!

When did a high attendance last win you a game anyway?? Irrelevant really.

face the fact that south never have and never will be able to draw large crowds, I remember one wet windy day at noarlunga for a game against west I dont think they broke the 1000 person mark ! HAHA !

I never disputed the fact that we don't pull large crowds.

It's you that is bragging about how Glenelg pull the 6th best crowds in the league, as if it's some grand achievement!

And, again, as I said - it's what happens on field that counts, and so far this year, Glenelg have been $hitful.

What a pathetic argument. Why are you raving on about how good Glenelg's attendances are? They're not - get over it.

And before you say "they're better than South's", I'm well aware of that. Remember, that you were the one raving about your club's excellent attendances. Before you start an argument, I suggest you get your facts straight.

Instead of trying to deflect attention from the fact that Glenelg have been shocking this year, why can't you just accept it, move on, and stop coming up with the mindless drivel that you keep spouting.

just this year i think, or last as well. But also remember...Norwood had that Century match thing with sturt where over 13,000 attended...easily will be the highest crowd at a minor round game this year.

Looking at the median figures of the two clubs, Norwood has a median average of 4030, and Port a median of 3973...a difference of only 57 supporters. Both Port and Norwood have had the same number of attendance over 4000. The difference is brought down to Norwood has played two blockbusters this year (against Port and Sturt) whereas Port has only played one (against Norwood).

I stated that Glenelg were in the top 6 for attendances and your evidence proved me right ! As for your comment about Glenelg being $hitful, you lot are only 1 game ahead of us so you cant talk. Bring on tomorrow........nothing to lose !

Easty there is a BIG difference to how Glenelg and South are playing. South have a reasonably ok % at the moment (47.9%) and a for/against difference of only 68.
Meanwhile Glenelg has the second worst % in the league (38.9) and a for/against difference of 291.
South are 6th and one game out the eight, Glenelg are 8th and 2 games plus a load of percentage.
Easty...what is so good about having the 6th best attendance figures?? Thats rather crap actually Easty...for one of the better su pported teams (apparently) 6th 'best' is quite bad. I wouldnt be proud of that. So in other words South is playing a lot better than what Glenelg is at the moment.

If you have an ounce of intelligence in you, you would acknowledge the fact that today, your team was $hitful.

But then, I strongly doubt whether you would have made the effort to see the game anyway, so you're probably not qualified to make such a judgement.

Most of us that have posted are under 23 so surely all the abuse he throws at us, would be child abuse too???

Yeah I saw the game. We were dominated in the midfield and rucks, we have a good defence but the midfield (apart from byrne,bode,shir) generally dont win the ball which puts the pressure on our backline as the ball is constantly going there. We sorely are missing Matty Golding, Simon Hele's withdrawal hurt us and Angwins serious shoulder injury left us with stuff all up forward. The only positive I can take is that hopefully these guys come back asap, and I was impresses with the reserves thumping, a few guys in there should be in our league team. At least we will be playing finals in the reserves grade
