Building very nicely.
Yes there is some further creases to iron out… but only 21 and 9 games into his career
Just playing him
That Allan gets dropped while the 36 yo Scott Pendlebury is nursed to an AFL games record is an indictment of a bewildering club list strategy that begun with the recruitment of Schultz and continues to this day with the recruitment of Membrey. Fly's statement that he wants players, not draft picks, will hurt the club for the next five years until we start rejuvenating the list with high quality draft picks such as the ones that Richmond picked up and contributed to their win against Carlton.

Clean hands.I reckon he's playing really well
Totally agree. I reckon that when he has 40 to 50 games under his belt, he will be a very competent AFL player, if not better. He should be using Ned Long as an exemplar going forward. I think that he will. OK. Goodnight & good luck.24 disposals last week, 23 this week. He is a kid starting to show he can consistently get it at the top level. Needs to work on a lot of areas, but has the potential to be a good AFL player.
It is early days and his career could go either way, but he has taken a step forward over the past few weeks.
They had the pick before us where Ed got drafted. They obviously just didn't want himWhat a terrible shame his old man only played 98 games for Hawthorn
I agree, but probably in a different way than you meant. He continues to have serious RFI’s in his game with some of his contest and kicking a long way off it. You watch him move along with how easily he finds it and it’s a completely different story. He’s the quintessential boom or bust type to me.He could be anything
He's getting to the right spots and finding the ball which is half the battle . Lacking some composure with his ball use , hopefully that'll come with a bit more experience at the level .
What really stood out for me last night is the extra moments he was taking to sum up the pressure around him before disposing. There was none of the panic quick disposal seen in some earlier performances. Good signs. He could be anything
They might have wanted him, but they wanted Weddle more. I doubt they regret it.They had the pick before us where Ed got drafted. They obviously just didn't want him
