half true he did jump in the fight and was throwing bombs but he got what was coming to him someone got him a ripper and split his chin open and he had to be taken to be stitched up
after half time oak park lost the plot couldnt handle the mores hardness at the contest so they went the cheap shots worst people involved jesse smith and andy smith

What gone wrong at Aberfeldie in the second in the last few weeks, they were on top and now look like they will miss out, 2 hard game against Marby this week and then Greenvale the following week

I will sum it up pretty quickly well done to mores jumped OP, then after halftime started one of the best blues seen in recent years, thanks to the little bald fella fitzgerald smacked a smith behind play then the op runner then all hell erupted umpires basically turned there backs while blokes were going down like nine pins Burns and the other young kid not up to it EDFL needs to get experienced men not scared kids umpiring in these big games, up to four key mores missing this week, and a couple of Oakers ,
Finals series shaping as a ripper .

I think it is great there is an EDFL board on BF and enjoy the updates and generally enjoy the banter but by your own admission you didn't see or hear anything about the fight but you want to chastise a bloke regardless.

FYI is having a great year up back and one of the reasons Strathmore are travelling well.

good point about the umpires, but i doubt the league would have sent them there if they thought they couldn't umpire. Seen both these kids numerous times now this season, and they can umpire and are up to the senior standard..

Seems to be a common story being told about Zantuck by all other clubs except Strathmore! I said the same thing on here when they first played Marby, tried to wack a young bloke & then shit in his pants when Carey came in & tried to pull his head off! maybe we are telling the truth! he is a pretend tough guy!

What a load of frogshit. Ty Zantuck has been a valued and respected member of the team since he joined Strathmore. Some of the keyboard heroes getting on here and slagging him would run a mile rather than take him on face to face.

Considering their own baggage it´s a bit rich Marby supporters getting on here and calling him a sniping coward. Maybe we should all start naming and shaming some of the Marby players who have carried out some mongrel acts during this season. Judging by some of garbage posts from Marby supporters throughout the season you would soon scream blue murder.

Zantuck is a sniper. Not questioning his value to Strathmore at all because he can obviously play.
That said though Marby (Holland/Kelly) and most other teams have a player or two known to throw cheapies. Bitching about it on here though really isn't going to change anything though.

Could very easily name some Marby players who have done some ordinary acts this season which I have witnessed. However unlike you and some of the other heroes on here I am not prepared to personally slag players on a public forum.
I am aware that every club have their players who go beyond what is acceptable. It takes a fair level of courage to play AFL football, or any level of football for that matter. To then publicly label any player a coward is pretty despicable buddy!

Abers spent a lot of money for no result, has to be questions asked regarding some of the players they recruited, except Jess Rush who will poll very well in the B&F

Every club has injuries or players with VFL/TAC committments. You are only as good as your depth, through magoos and 18's. Some clubs have the habit of recruiting ex AFL players who still have affiliation/obligiations @ that level on numerous weeks during the year. Recruit the right people in the first place that are fully commited for the whole season and not just part of it. I don't like using the term but in some ways they are just mercenaries and not really at your club for the right reason.
