Glenroy may lose kite to the VFL, he wants to try and make it in the big league one more time
 
the umpiring was terrible . airport west were unlucky with that last 50 m penalty but full credit to the roys who fought hard all day and showed sighns of a good team whos starting to gel together . as for Aaron kite speaking to him i dont think he is leaving after having several offers from VFL clubs last week but i think he will train with benigo bombers for the next few weeks and see how it goes.

It would be nice buddy, just remember this is a marathon not a sprint, i think we have showed enough in the first few games to show we will be there at the finish line come September.
Alot of new guys at the club and although it's not great to have lost both games after leading at half time there is plenty we can take out of it and we can learn and get better as a group from it.
Sometimes winning those games we may have got ahead of ourselves, this way we will work on our weakness and be better prepared.
No easy game this week either with westmeadows flying on top of the ladder.

Big 2 weeks for Lakers coming up - should have a good idea where they are at and if they are contenders with Paco and Tulla both away.

that's crazy.

do the reserves have an incentive to play though? a lot of these guys probably have young families etc and can't give up a whole saturday to play.

the clubs give the reserves something in exchange right?
