Believe me buddy i KNOW i can play, even at 35 and carring injures i'm still very capable in "B" grade. Coped very well in a praccy game against Avondale and i have played against plenty of edfl A grade teams over the years so please if your trying to make me think twice go bark up another tree tiger, you choose the wrong person!!!
If i play every game i will kick 100 goals no problem!!
Put this in your filing cabinet for after the seasons finished.

Here, here - disappointing to hear was has transpired with Singh. Im sure any decent person woulda handed back the substantial sign on payment prior to signing a clearance with another mob, surely he did just that??? Couldn't be many bridges left in the world of Singh, most are burnt to a crisp!!!

watched glenroy vs templestowe today at templestowe the roy boys looked a much better side today with alot of there recruits pulling on the red and while jumper for the first time in a sloppy first half the roys went on to win the game by 38 points with some much needed confidence for the boys heading into round 1 agaisnt tullamarine. better players for the roys today were oneil/smith/kite /baker/pitts/campbell /dulic/ with kite finishing with 8goals for day and harmes 3 oneil 2 baker 2 .

Hadfield over Jacana fairly comfortably in a scrappy game played on a ground with no markings (centre circle, centre square, boundary line or goal squares) or umpires of any kind except for the 2 Jacana blokes who did a great job considering they did all 3 games.

Watched PV play Doutas yesterday and it was Doutas by 12 goals and PV looked pretty average so I think we can safely say Rock 07 F.C should win the flag in a canter.
Rock 07 F.C are the fastest team in B grade not to mention the toughest team,highest scoring team,and just the bestest team ever.
So after all the practice matches are over here is my flag odds for B grade.

Only if a club pays a sign on before clearances are lodged they can "screwed" by a player. It would make it hard to secure players prior to feb 1 but that is the risk clubs take.

Maybe you should check your facts.

3.13 Player Contracts
(a) The AFL has developed a standard playing contract (Appendix 6 State League and
Appendix 10 Community League) to assist Clubs and leagues to manage the contracting
of players. It is recommended that this contract forms the basis of any contract used by
Clubs. In developing the standard playing contract an area has been provided for Clubs
to include their own player obligations. The contract shall only be valid, when the player
becomes registered with the Club.

(b) A player will remain contracted to the Club until the expiration of the contract, unless the
former Club releases the player from the contract. A State League Club / AFL contract
will also take precedence over this contract should the player wish to pursue their career
at a State League Club or AFL level, however should the player return within the time
constraints of the initial contract the player will still be bound to that Club until it expires.

Now that i have had time to get some info and consider my position i would like to respond to -ash manning ala full forward ala carey again-regarding some of the points he put forward regarding his departure from glenroy football club.
1. When did you try to contact the club ? Cos there still waiting
2 since when is it the presidents job to recruit players ? --with the money you were being paid isnt that your job ?-i may be wrong but i would suggest the president wouldnt get paid !
3 when were you going to apply for the gfc job ? -as you stated
4 after telling the whole edfl of how you are a premiership player- coach blah blah blah why didnt you have a little more loyalty and commitment to a club that gave you as much as they were able to in both financial commitment and emotional support during a very trying year... From what i know you were never questioned once during the year in regard to the defeats-your game plan - and a couple of hissy fits that you threw during the year
5 and last of all -why havent you mentioned the nasty messages that you sent to the committee members once you realised that maybe you had made a mistake and that maybe there was no conspiracy to get rid of you and thru frustration of the poor decisions you had made you then decided to take it out on some of the people that in your response you called your friends--i wonder if they still regard you as there friend
