I wouldn't care where we played if my team made it...I don't think EK would be worried, they played ok there looking at the game results when they beat Hillside.

Sorry bud, but it looks small and my son thought it was small playing on it and yes it is very windy.
Either way, it should be a very good game. Hopefully the Saints can cause an upset and get through to next week.

There are 2 grounds there and 1 is smaller for juniors so that could be what people are saying. I was there early this season for an EDFL vs some interstate team in u16's and it was quite good, especially at night.
Whoever gets that ground next year will be rapt, the lighting was first rate and the facilities weren't too bad.

It looks like a mighty set up. The ground reminded me of Highgate. We played on the main oval. I'll be there twice over the weekend so I'll have another look just to be sure.

Due to all the fears n tears about playing at Burnside (a very good ground by the way) the EDFL have moved the games to Sewell Reserve Glenroy .... hope that ground will be ok if not the games could be played before the collingwood v brisbane game at the MCG

They even moved the junior finals. Surely there must be another reason? Maybe easier to collect gate takings at Glenroy and Greenvale?

They've beaten Saints twice, so they'd be justified hot, hot favourites IMO.

Saints should have won the first game at overland reserve after being 5 goals up at half time... Steve kolynuik said in the rooms after that EK didn't deserve to win

Missed the first game and that guy Spooner had it on a string in the re-match. Must start as well as they did against Glenroy.
With the game now played at sewell reserve it gives the saints a clear advantage having played there last saturday ....... EK have 5 or 6 of their best out at the wrong time of the year

Don't know why they just can't let players and officials in for nothing to begin with... Can't see any reason why it can't work that way
I'll still be attending... But just shits me the edfl use finals as an excuse to gouge money from the spectators... Don't mind paying for the GF though as they would have to hire the ground from essendon fc

Saints were awesome. No Rocky Ferraro, Bennett who was dominating injured in the third quarter and still had a very comfortable win. Showed they deserved to play finals and are a chance to go further
Are they going to reimburse the players personally?? Highly doubt that. The players should not have to pay when they are the ones putting bums on seats!

Don't see why the edfl can't give each competing club say 25 tokens or admit one tickets so their players and coaches can get into the game without going throughout this reimbursing rubbish
