Early predictions Tulla - decimated with injury last year if they get half of them back Egan, hare etc they will be right in the mix plus added mangan, harmes, Kent and Sharka. Favs for mine
Roy's - got 3 gun talls in dulic, kite. & wood house played in big dance last year so clearly good enough. Have great depth. Rumoured to have lost Dennis so will need to replace him to help Campbell. Top 3 for sure
Lakes- been very quiet. Jake desousa returns and mcferran retires. Play finals every year, well coached. Gun midfield of Sharka, moreli, cantelmi, Ragusa & longo. Key Fwds in xureb and dipetro. Top 3 for sure
Oak park- premier experience helps, gun midfield of pascu, German and Kennedy. Key Fwds Bloomfield and Olsen. Not quite good enough to challenge top 3 but my tip to finish 4th
5th to 7th between crazy, wc & westmeadows
Crazy picked up plenty and undoubtedly biggest budget in div 1. Nolan will dominate and they have good mids. Jacobs, Gordon, macerlain. Boyle returns from pacco, prob lack quality talls
Wc - got morel to coach and he wouldn't be cheap so they must have plenty of coin. Haven't heard much re recruiting. Generally go well at this level. Hudson is their best player
Westy- virtually recruited a new club. Plenty of ins. New coach who coached a flag in wrfl 2 years ago. Some handy pickups. Mullin, kakour, bassman, Hoban, valentine, atik, barry. No superstars but they will be competitive
8th Haddy - have heard they have picked up heaps but i have never heard of any of them. Want to wait and see. Talk it up every year and don't deliver. One final in over 10 years. Gun under 18s every year should be a powerhouse.
9th hillside- rumour is money has gone. Lost Hargreaves and ohalpin would need to improve 6 to 8 goals on last year to beat the bottom sides in div 1. Kolyniuck to quit after rd 5 hillside to get relegated
