Mate I don't know how you can sit there and say he's a great bloke and Tulla will struggle. You stated yourself you didn't know him. The club se hardly any juniors, no 18's and not many rezerves. He abused players in the grand final only for about 10 of them to go and speak to the president and say if he doesn't go were walking. Sounds like a great man to me.
A few of home grown Tulla players left or remained to play in the reserves because they didn't want to play under ash. Does this clear up a few things for you?
And also, if ash can't handle a few home truths on a footy forum then too bad. He's old enough and ugly enough to look out for himself. He did this all go himself and he reserves every single bit he gets on this website. And to you people who have no idea who he is and what he is about best keep your comments to yourself and stop esri king up for the man. For goodness sake. Isn't it evident that is the most hated coach in the EDFL and with reason may I add.

I certainly didn't say he's a great bloke nor do I support some of his coaching philosophies or behaviours (if what I've heard is true).

All I was saying is it'd be terrible for Tulla to have played off in 2014 and then fall away quickly because naturally with 1,000 plus games of experience potentially not there next year you'd need to be on it really quickly and recruit really well - young and experienced.

If the coach was still there though you'd think in a normal environment he could be right on top of it compared to a fresh coach. Ash would've started his recruitment/list management for 2015.
