what EK are doing is an absolute disgrace!! Taking the p155 out of a reduced salary cap. Would of been taking the p155 out of the old one!! Bash and these guys can claim love of the jumper all they like but stop insulting people, everybody knows what is happening. I know for a FACT what is happening i can tell you. Same thing that happened back at Deer Park, even with under 19 players! Cant wait for the day that some disgruntled players start talking. I would be fully in favour of opposition taking a stand and not playing against these cheats next year! This will unravel for them one day, make no mistake, and the loyal guys that have been there forever will be there to pick up the pieces. If theres any of them left.

Surely these guys already know how to play ruck by now and don’t need educating. Bit embrassing to hear those words I reckon. Looks like they could be learning to improve in the reserves by those comments.
My opinion is Raynor already rucks well. His educated enough and played some TAC cup footy with decent coaches. Won HS B&F last season so already well up to rucking one this division.
Rusi is probably more suited to key position but did play an excellent game in the ruck for HS in that 2018 final loss. Almost best for HS that day.

Anyway leave that for you guys.

Don’t think playing at 12pm will help them develop all that much... obviously the coaching staff have some kind of plan but will be interesting to see how it pans out

Where you been lately Bissa?
I can’t believe that no one uses the Craigieburn model of youth blended with a few mature bodies. Plus a coach who has experience in the modern day game plans and ball movement. That’s what you need come September. Someone who has coached at TAC cup or higher metro footy should be your first jigsaw puzzle if you have a plan to go to premier. That’s for all clubs..

Don't think EK want that. They have budgeted for a 16 game season. Do they really want to have to pay blokes for 2 more games than they budgeted? Interesting to see where this goes. Salary cap already set so how can you add two games with no notice? Or push Ek to prem and bring Rupo into Div 1 [emoji1787][emoji23][emoji1787][emoji23]

Stewart a huge pick up, when he was at Marby he was one of the most talented players I have seen at local level..one of those players you watch closely and can not understand how they never made it to AFL.. absolute gun and seems to have improved at Deer Park. I reckon he will play full forward and would kick 100 goals

If left at FF could kick 100 no doubt but who starts at 12am. Coletta, Bongetti, Klix, King Etc. Hill must play bring a 1 pointer. No way known Bongetti is playing 2s.

Stewart will definitely play ruck and just roam around the ground at his will. Might still kick 30-40 😄😄
Bongetti will kick 70odd

might have to do with $214 per player for 22 players for 18 rounds if rupo in div 1. someone must be getting peanuts in the shell! btw can someone tell me if players getting paid in twos or 18-5s is in the cap figures.

Any player that gets paid by the club must be included in the cap. That includes sign ons. They only why around it would be for a playing assistant coach or playing co coach. But you are only allow one of them to get cap relief.
