Josh played in the Douttas U16 premiership side in 2015 before going to Hillside. He was a Western Jets player so is worth 5 points (the way I read the points rule) regardless of him playing or not playing seniors at Hillside.

the tac rule is if you played minimum 5 games in any 3 previous seasons.
2018 - played 2 games only, this rule won’t apply to him.
Should be 3 pointer + 1 for transferring to a team against his old team.

Meese is the best traditional ruckman hands down.
If your comparing Stewart and brown. That’s no comparison Stewart all day for me.
Some will agree some will not. Most in the edfl bubble will say brown. All from wrfl will say Stewart. Personal opinion.
Would be a match up I’d like to see.

Correct is he even good enough to crack EK’s 1’s at 4 points? I’ve never seen him play. Who would you compare him too.
None the less sounds like a quality young player to have around.

If EK have signed him .... wow! will make every ruckman in this competition completely incompetent.
Cant compare Stewart and Brown.. Stewart is a class above, 7 flags in a row.
He recently got voted in top 30 local players in the state on the local leader article.
No comparison although i understand Brown is a fan favourite to the EDFL faithful.

I agree he’ll make ruckman in this division look extremely silly
1 ruckman in the EDFL top 20 which was Eliot the kid from Roxy and he’s not on Stewart’s level at this point in time
we are talking about about one of the best ruckman in local footy Of the last decade and yes he will be far too good for anyone
In comparison too EDFL footy I played against him when he was at marby and he wasn’t near the best ruckman in a grade EDFL but he was a lot younger then and I’m sure 10fold improved since then

I have seen alot of Wrfl and if there are any players that would dominate in EDFL Prem it would be Chris Stewart, Kwame McHarg and Kennedy from Altona.
Correct, that was 8 years ago he would of been early 20's. He has since gone on to win 7 flags, league Bnf's and club bnf's against team mates like Kwame Mcharg and afl players.
The guy is next level, easily one of the best ruckman in local football in the last decade. Id put money on him against anyone in prem to get the better of them bar Meese.
Would make ruckman in this comp probably not want to play on a saturday haha. Could probably cruise in 2nd gear in this division and take the comp medal haha.
Lets hope Turbo is right, he claims he signed with Deer Park, although he obviously has ties with Pat through Deer Park.

Hey bashen With the amount of players going to EK they should think about entering a senior and reserve side in div two
Whose Chris Stewart? Just asking for a league CEO, apparently oblivious to the happenings going on at East Keilor in recent times or is he in on the $17k sign deal as well and on the tick? Clubs are preparing to forfeit this clown and his joke of a club.
This is very much a real fact for you all to digest as Rule 6-6.3 in the leagueS handbook states some points around this, embarrassing statement piece come a grand final with no opposing club!

Well he was named playing assistant for 2020. But covid does strange things to people. Since then Bullen has stepped down at DP and they are going in a different direction. I will reply in more detail later as things turning crazy in div1.
now that Booze bud has found his login again I’m sure he will be the first to reply to this. Even though he is a Taylor’s Lakes man who has watched lots of WRFL lol
and if Booze Bud doesn’t reply , then Bashen or Haveago will.

Wouldn’t want to falsely accuse someone so will use the word suspect. 3 different accounts (well could be 4) yet won’t come out but more than happy to go to any lengths to find and name other posters but hides behind different accounts.

You can’t be serious here. Brown is a star. Plays the best standard and his durability and consistency is second to none.
Stewart is a very good player but known to go forward whereas Brown just goes, and goes all game. Brilliant reader of the game.
Would be a 4 didn’t finish top 5 bnf. Missed a few games through the season for whatever reason.

Clearly he will dominate B grade footy. If he goes to EK where does that put Raynor?? You can’t afford to play 2 x 5 points who both are predominantly ruckman.. Yes Stewart can play forward but surely his not recruited and paid to sit deep forward.

I’m a fan of Stewart but how did he go against Tighe from Altona???
Meese, Deluca, Browne,I rate higher. Even Giles from Pacco goes well. Just lacks the marking ability of some and ability to go forward and kick goals. Vavra from Strathmore also did well stepping up to premier but a bit like Giles in they are a bit one dimensional ruckman.

How was I wrong as at the time I made that comment he had signed again at Deer Park.
For the record AFL vic made a statement regarding contracts rolling over due to covid.
Great pick up and will dominate, but has always been one of the highest paid players in metro footy and that’s no secret around footy circles. Im guessing that message to the players could see some players (Carrying high points) questioning there decisions. As you are well aware contracts can be broken if Stewart can move clubs.

be interesting at selection trying to squeeze 80 points into 45 points. Hopefully they have some talented 1 pointers. Cause they will need at least 10-12 1 pointers each week
Thank god I’m not Pat, that’s going to be a hard decision to make.
Picked up a few 1 pointers with Mazzeo, Laguada and a few 2 pointers going to 1’s. Obviously not all will fit.
