Think you find they get incentives, which still is payments (might not be much but would still add up to 15k-20k a year...

Sorry to dissapoint but last year our incentives came to a total of $3800 and we expect it to be between $4500-$7000 this season (TBC).

We offer our players free chiropractic treatment for up to 3 x a week all season through one of our club sponsors, a couple of our players get free life-coaching for a year and we have many educational and information sessions on topics such as leadership, life-coaching, nutrition, etc...

Let it be known that we currently have over 75 players on our list and enough players to have a club 18's side in addition to our seniors and reserves, so we must be doing something right.... On top of this we have attracted many ex-EDFL players of varying ability that whilst may not be able to get regular senior games at their EDFL clubs, come over to us and get the opportunity to play regular senior football and add to our club on and off-field.

Hillside to def Roxy....... (N) ... is this a night game?
Northern Saints to def Westmeadows, but WM have new cattle..should be a cracker also
Tullamarine to def Hadfield
Taylors Lakes in a close one over West Coburg, alot of new players for Wests, will be a Top game

after just looking at clearances ...

West Coburg have Grainger already, as we all know, he is a top player & Gun tall forward, WC have also picked up Adrian Robertson from NFL who is a good tall forward.. if its the Adi i know ,fitness will definately be an issue , the man can kick a goal though, & will be a handfull for defenders..
WC are also trying to get Ross Weightman from Hillside, who is a good tall forward aswell, i know both these blokes & on their day they can do some serious damage,..
With these additions to WC forward line, alongside Grainger ..... Rabee & Co. in the guts, Popping it over the "shorter" defenders... West Coburg will be very hard to beat IMO
