Taylors were one win away from top spot last year. The last regular season game (against the Eagles) was one of the best of the year. The Douttas kids are very good and I'm hoping my Intel on them will come in handy come round 3

taylors lakes top under 16s won 3 games in D grade last season there is nothing coming through! Will be interesting because 2 seasons ago in 16 a grade when these groups were playing Douttas won the premiership and cragieburn didn't win a game and lost to eds by 209 & 140 so there is massive ground to make up even with the eds boys playing at calder and the jets they will be hard to beat as they have made the last two under 16 grand finals. But cragieburn do have huge amount of 3rd year players. So the under 18 comp is a two horse race and its a massive race at thatTaylors were one win away from top spot last year. Their 18s were a very good side. They finished 3rd, but could easily have finished 2nd in the 18s.
Yep, knew about those results. Douttas and the Eagles "should" be the two best sides, but that's probably for another thread.

Glad Charles is playing footy again.
Clearances up on the website - Craigieburn not wasting anytime getting theirs in. A fair few from the Northern Football League. EDS also have a few up.
At least now we will see who is going or intends to go where.

It is also a shame that Charles and Rocky are not playing for NS. I hope that NS get numbers to field Seniors, reserves and 18's as well as enough quality players to be competitve in permier Division.

Not unusual for some to take a couple of attempts. Ferraro's move to Hillside has been denied too.
I am sure Northern Saints have there reasons for denying the clearances.
I'd suggest it would be more about giving the coaching staff time to try and talk players out of leaving

Douttas could do an oak park a few years back! Think they are gonna be a class above everyone an its more a fight out of 2-3 other sides to play them in the granny
Oak parks closest win that year was 6 goals against Hadfield... Extremely dominant

Rumours have heard that the only reason kite Ramsay and Cronin have gone to EDS is because Ramsay said they could only play footy at douttas this year? Because all three work for him? Not surprising really!
But in all seriousness; Ramsay! No loss! Glenroy have lost him before and have dealt he's not that good anyway? From memory he played reserves footy!
Cronin is a loss, but he's no Roy boy anyway!
And as for kite - once the pressures on he turns into a fairy! Would love to see big trav dulic play on him this year! Aaron will walk away crying! When the tough gets going Aaron kite gets running.

And are Aaron kites feet going to be a problem? Or his calf?
Kade Carey and Aaron Ramsay, both getting on in age.... No doubt still have the talent but may be a bit slow these days!
