I was surprised to see him back after last years horrific injury at his age but to his credit he has been pretty good this year. Thought he was pivotal in getting us up over tulla a few weeks back

Unfortunately missed the game today due to prior commitments. Pretty decent win by the looks of things. 10 goals for Kite. Results as expected. Looks like a real tight one at Tulla.

Yeah i agree what could happen if they played. I mean as of Friday they became eds players. Who knows. It could be on this week at Sewell reserve.

Sometimes these agreements can be placed on clearances. However I thought Glenroy would have liked to have played against them.
So in the end it would confirm that Glenroy has no issues with the players but have issues with EDS. I also am told the offer from EDS was way above what they were getting at Glenroy so this has probably caused a lot of issues.
I'm still not convinced of the forwarded planning from EDS if they are intending to go back to premier.. How many players are capable of playing premier consistently and being in the top bracket of players, as you will need at least 5-7 quality players?? Shylo Smith yes, but who else is actual premier quality??

Both Marby and Paco took a similar path to reaching the Premier Div. by bringing in hardened bodies nearing the end of their careers.
Upon reaching the top level they then spent on bringing in a better mix.
In any event whoever goes up will probably need to bring in a host of new players.

Hey mate, are you stirring the pot!! They are a pretty good club heading in the right direction. A lot of the people running the club are true honest hardworking people and great to have a beer with.
On ground they used to be pretty rough but now have a good culture and heading in the right direction.
I'm not involved there but can tell you it's a good "honest" club.
Who are you? as your comment is a bit out of line. What's occurred to make you have these opinions..

Sounds a bit like that squib who has played at 4 clubs in the last 4 years, and left all of them on bad terms. Wonder what he will be saying about EDS in 12 months when they've shown him the door.

Craigieburn are starting to click, looking very dangerous. Hillside could be concerned with their lack of goal kicking, especially after everyone though Rocky and Stocco would change this.

Yep agree Hillside are very concerned. At the moment they are favourites to be relegated.
With regards to these 2 players you mentioned Rocky has been injured but will make a difference and Stocco has needed to move into the midfield to generate some spark. When he does go forward he doesn't have much support in the way of talls so is basically the only target. He is trying hard and giving his all. I can tell you his been sounded out about a move but told them his sticking it out at Shark Park so kudos to him.
My question is can Burns coach a developing club?? I'm not convinced his the right person to take a young club forward..

Incredible how your comment can be so incorrect. When was the last time a footy club sent volunteers of another club solicitors legal letters to try to intimidate those club people to give in and clear so called MEN to play for a club that could not care about anyone except the self.
And those committee people stuck thick , as the club will , and in the end maybe 4 blokes that played for another local club just up the road MIGHT win a premiership and the Essendon Doutta Stars will think they have done a good job.
No wonder the whole competition have questions about your leadership.

on that list all but 3 are 23 and younger. So there is plenty of senior development in that list along with of course some genuine A grade footballers eds would need to recruit to compete. Such as 2 key backs and 3-4 top line midfielders!

Good to hear, but hope they stay and play premier and the other older players stick around for a year and help out the reserves..

Was at the tullamarine vs Glenroy game Saturday night. A few EDS boys there and they pretty much telling everyone that the flag is theres. Gave craigieburn no credit last week, blamed the umpires for giving craigieburn dodgy free kicks inside fwd 50.
What about all the freekicks the umpires missed to the Clokes lets hope there egos keep growing like that .Also sad if as stated on here Glenroy people were threatened with Solicitors Letters just shows they will do anything to win the flag bet if it was Glenroy or Craigieburn sending solicitors letters to the EDS people would have been a complaint to the EDFL.

Don't count out oak park. 4-0. And not much talk out of them. Both Eds and craigieburn are as cocky and arrogant as each other. Both craigieburn and eds. get injuries to key players it could all fall in a heap. So how about we all just worry about week 5.
