EDFL moves

I expect had he been granted a permitt, might have seen him in the orange and green by now,

Gaylard fronted the WRFL tribunal after the PF last year from whacking some bloke.

He was given a choice:

1. a 17 week suspension
2. a 17 week suspended sentence if he left the WRFL.

When he moved to KP, the EDFL refused to register him as a player.

From what I've heard, Brown never officially applied for the job. He said he would do it if they had no one else.

I believe Dean Brown was given the job by the footy ops guys, Kempster & Co. But then found out later they had again advertised the coaching job to see what was out in the market place. Brown saw that as a no confidence move, so he packed his bags and headed back to Bundoora, where he is really enjoying his football.....I would suggest KP would not be in the predicament they are in at the moment if Dean was in control....maybe the likes of Barclay, Costello etc may have stayed on board and even Mercuri may have joined Misiti back at KP

IMO Keilor Parks season was doomed upon the appointement of Gaylard -

Even if they do stay up in A grade they will basically be starting from scratch......

The commitee should be moving heaven and earth to convince Joe Misiti to coach them next year.......

i reakon the edfl may be waiting to see the result of the EK v KP game this week, and hoping like hell that the Devils get up, so they can aviod having to make a really tough decision.
