He's gunna get a bit of a shock when he rocks up at Hosken reserve considering North Coburg don't play there anymore. They merged with Fawkner Park Blues and are now the Northern Saints playing out of Fawkner in facilities said to be the best in the EDFL(b grade) btw.

The Northern Saints have NOT appointed a Coach yet, I can confirm that!
Hit the road tessy .

Keilor will lose Condos , Lance Picione and possibly one other who i will not mention as yet, but all the rest of the guys will be playing in the Red white and blue next year, We will also have two Juniors Clifton and Allen back from VFL ranks ,with the possibility of Long back from Willy, Also Mark Ellis from previous premierships is making his way back to the Village after playing Gaelic footy for the previous 3 years in Ireland, On the coaching front i heard that Danny Stevens to possibly captain coach ( in NSW coaching Juniors i think this year ?) I heard he was possibly linked with former B and f winner Steven Ellis and a big full forward Twomey who is currently at Greensborough. Just in the early stages yet but a real possibility i believe ,

get a life tess.anything is an improvement on hosken reserve. two loser clubs should make for one real pack of losers.

Lets get some perspective here. Calling the two clubs loser clubs is idiotic and unfounded. Firstly the standard of clubs such as Greenvale and Strathmore is absolutely pathetic compared to the standard of the AFL. So by your thinking they are loser clubs.

A little bit of respect goes a long way. I can't speak for Fawkner but North Coburg are respected for the people they have off the field and the blokes that take the field each week. Granted, not the most successful club however they are taking steps in the right direction and should be congratulated for their efforts.

Furthermore North Coburgs facilities were far from the worst in the competition.

Loosing Condos will hurt. Lance had no impact on the competition due to injuries. Heard Callahan & Edwards have fallen from grace at Old Calder and have been appointed Grammar co coaches. Good for the club if they are not supportive. Keilor a quality club and will be quck to put things in order.

How is the new club coming along?

How is the new club coming along?

Going really well, we have a Family Day/Club Launch planned for later next month. We are working on having a few interesting visitors for that day. Fawkner Festival on the 28th of October have asked the Club to be involved as well, things are ticking along nicely.

Justin Murphy looking at Marby Park after two premierships in the NFL with the possibility of a couple of old AFL mates joining him there.
That rumour has been going around for the last two years. The ex afl players that are going to be joining him are....let me guess bullen and haynes, it's been said a million times. If they end up at Marby good luck to them it's only going to better the league and help them become a force in A grade.

Facilities at Mutton reserve might have been up there in Division 2 Diamond Valley but long way off B Grade clubs in the EDFL.
Tess, might be worth checking out Hadfield's facilities. They are the best in B Grade to watch footy from.:)

True the way Hadfields rooms are higher up makes it easy to see from, but who wants to sit inside and watch footy? Our rooms were built to VAFA standards. We like em and thats all that really matters.

I would have to agree, the outside was a lovely shade of green wasnt it :D,also Oak Parks away change rooms are pretty dodgy, used to have to make the trek over to the club room and shower with there players unless you wanted a nice ice cold shower :D

yes douttas old rat ridden change room were shocking but the rats have relocated to the kitchen in the chip cooker:D:D, but you must of missed every game at oak park over the years mate:thumbsdown::thumbsdown:, they built a new room with a standing area at the front but the coach at the time decided to make that his coaching room and it worked he won back to back flags, cold showers this year to. did get cold ones at the mores as well, try turning them on cant believe the bill wasn't payed.

northern footy league. the rock not doing that well believe greenvale have rang him:D

Had some good mail that Haynes and Bullen - part of the Essendon quartet at Silvan (other two being Hennemen & Moorcroft) - won't be cited at Marbi next year as they are on two year deals that doubt could be matched.

Money and employment big factors.
