Some EDFL moves i have heard:

Also heard that the youngest and most talented of the Kent boys has had a falling out with Steve MacPherson and may part with Greenvale. He has been injured the last two years with leg complaints and Glandular fever. Looks to move well and is young, but is still an unknown quantity. IMO he looks set to blossem and has been linked with Old Essendon, Doutta Stars and Marby Park.

Interesting that the coach and the club President's son have had a falling out. Be some uneasy moments in the Kent family home if he moves, particularly to Marby Park.

I am sure Bruce would understand and do the right thing and sack the coach Steven MacPherson in favour of his son, But then again

Keilor are chasing former Airport West ruckman Cameron Eaton who is currently playing for Bundoora. Although at this stage he is leaning towards retirement, as work commitments hamper him from training 2 nights a week. Its hard to be paid well and not turn up to training on a tuesday.

It's common knowledge at Greenvale that the youngest one is infact adopted and not really part of the family. With Scott Butler's progress Greenvale have a ready made replacement anyway.

Whos in line for the job there then for next year??

Brad Lloyd and Steve Kretiuk were two other names I heard mentioned. Now I must stress these are only rumours and did not come from anyone associated with the KFC, but the fact of the matter is those rumours are out there.
Can anyone confirm or deny?

Steve Kretiuk is more than a rumour. He was interviewed, and im told has been offered the job. This was last week and im not sure if he is going to take the job.

Play indoor footy against a few keilor boys and they mentioned that Corey McKernan was a chance to play at the blues and David Flood was another candidate for coach.

Sorry Longy413, but he has not. Job was not advertised for him to lodge an application. Individuals have been approached, and John Barnes is not one of them. That is rock solid.

Brad Lloyd has elected to stay at Willy. Some of the other names in posts are close to the mark. Cory McKernan has been mentioned in discussions around the bar, not by the sub group interviewing.

A few ex Bulldogs players and one ex Carlton player in the mix.

John Barnes seems to think differently.

Big rumour that North Coburg full-forward Tarz is going to play at another B-grade club. What is the general opinion on the big guy?

The guy can kick the ball a fuggen mile.

Big. Strong mark. Maybe just a bit slow. Hope he stays. Top bloke who will come along and watch the kids on a sunday.

Would be surprised if he left as he played juniours for the club and then tried his luck at Avondale Heights for a season before coming back to North Coburg. What club do you think he might be going to? He did play cricket at West Coburg.
