Be an interesting year i hear that greenvale ruckman bloomfield is trying his luck at port is this true cause they could ill afford to lose him this year..

Greenvale have picked up KP's ruckmen Chris Smith, he will be a fine replacement.

l'm not sure why he lefted Bricksta, l know his good mates with K.Carey.
He has a few legal problems at the moment and lm picking his more concerned with them than footy at this stage.
Yeah thats the boy(Turner), wore number 1 last year there, he can play.
Doesnt like it tough tho! They are still too short, they will need some height, they wont be able to match it with the greenvales and strathmores in my opinion, middle of the ladder they will finsh.

A.Ramsay may get a spell, if you know what l mean......!

if ramsy isnt playing because of the community services he has to fulfil i wonder how many games carey will be able to play since he was also involved with in the same incident as ramsay. also carey was on a good behaviour bond to start with.

18's, reserves and seniors all had wins over Hoppers Crossing on Saturday.

Aaron Ramsey has not left, he trained last night.

Knight, Kretiuk, Lock, Gathercole, Power and Power all left, we've picked up some good players though. Hehir, Phillpot, Carey, De Sousa, Swodiak, Bishop amongst others. Height is no longer an issue anymore, about 6 of our recruits are KPP.

Does anyone know how Doutta went against Hoppers on the weekend???

Heard hoppers lost by a goal or two to the stars didn't rest all the stars players had a couple out as probably the stars did. Was told they rested there better players halfway through the last. I don't know if the stars did the same or not.

Can anyone tell me a little about these players from Oak Park, Matthew Ragan, Nick Rielly, Alex Gleeson, and Danny Campbell. Also Wayne Taylor from Taylors Lake. How good r they and what positions etc. They are heading down our way so just doing my homework

Buddy, if they're playing for you, you've wasted your money. Campbell is the only half decent player of the bunch. Taylor is alright on his day but that's about it!

Douttas have picked up well, but the players they lost are really good. Its either Gathercole or Knight (not sure which one) is an absolute freak. Definately in the top midfielder/half fowards in the comp. Doenst have the reputation of some of the other, but has skill to burn.

Not sure about there other pick ups, but IMO they need another quality midfielder to be a grand final roughey, as height no longer seems to be a problem.

Is there any way the EDFL can swap West Coburg and Keilor Park in A grade and B grade for 06??? I know it was only a practice match tonight but West Coburg were loud, sharp, tough and skillful. Keilor Park should have been over at the Netball court.

West Coburg played well tonight l think, KP said they had a few out, but so did west, they move the ball well and are well drilled by there coach(Zouzounis). Looks like they will take on Oak park by the looks of things.

GeGe, good to see someone is on the ball here, l think they are more worry about damages, IF and l say If they have been found Guilt they have more to worry about than getting a holiday, l would be more worry about going to court for damages.....l think they are in little trouble.

saw West Coburg last nyt they were very inpressive. looked good tough and full of run, got some strong bodies and some smart players, will be very hard to beat this yr. also first time i saw flavel good player and all but it looks like he dosent like a hard contest, i think that will be exploited by B grde sides. KP looked like trash hopefully for their sake the had 22 players out.

Keilor Park fielded a reserves side last night. KP weren't even going to be in the night series competition until the last minute caus they couldn't find enough teams. KP have a practice match on Saturday against a tougher opponent than a B Grade West Coburg side. Don't worry about Keilor Park, they might surprise a few sides this year.

The verdict was handed down last month and all were found guilty. They all got a couple hundred hours of community service, normally completed on sundays

Honestly, after watching last nights games at keilor lm turned off by football. How bad is the WRFL comp going....an A grade team just getting over the line in the end to a B grade team.
For people like Bronco etc, they surely cant now defend there comp against the likes of the EDFL.
Please anyone thinking of replying back to this that is from the WRFL, l hope you have some good excuses for last night.......the top 3 teams in B grade EDFL, would smack St Albans off the park without a doubt, as for the 8.30 game, the only reason they would have entered the night comp series is because those teams find it hard to get practices matches during preseason, for once l can say Hadfield money well spent.......
Some lower EDFL div 1 reserve sides would beat St Albans understand that they have lost a stack and are ********. As for the difference in standers EDFl is in front, but i think you need to relax a little bit. Its like someone from Eastern or DVFL or Geelong or GVFL or Ovens & Murray and many more saying to you and your league how with out a doubt theirs is so much better than your comp. Even though they are right they cant say how much by, its like talking politics or reilgion. So just relax boys be happy knowing youve got a better comp but dont be dills about it.
