Thats right i said all that but did i once say that i won't b there once retired i think not still roles around the place even if i'm not playing just like today i will help coach from the sidelines whilst out injured so yes i will still b involved in some capacity retired or not, as 4 ur private conversation with edfl man regarding my performance well its what it is PRIVATE between the 2 of u and i'm not too bothered what others think to tell ya the truth as i know i'm way past my best

d-mac, if its private, then how do u know about it? not very private if u ask me. dont take it the wrong way, im not having a go at you, it just seems a little out of line that it gets brought up in a public forum.

If Keilor can hold the Strathmore Key forward - Harvey they will go along way to winning - Besides Winter I can't think of any other forwards that have the ability kick a bag for the mores ??

Looks like you know alot Sticks04. Strathmore have plenty of talent down forward. and just looking at the results. Keilor kept Harvey and winter quiet both kicking a goal each. ANd still lose by 12 goals. Shows you what they have down there.

Doesnt seem there big money down there is paying off. Seems asthough there young players May, Capewell, Robson, Campbell, Watts are the players making it happen for them

Greenvale smacked, although have a few away. Duttas Stars? Are they the real deal??? or lucky to be 10-0

only 3 teams for the wooden spoon. East Keilor / Keilor Park / Cragieburn a shame to see East Keilor travelling how they are. they are an A grade side. JUst lost to many players and a few injuries this year.

Correct localfooty, no private message has taken place.

More to point, this forum is getting beyond a joke.

Unfortunatly yesterday showed that Keilor are just making up the numbers in the 4 this season, top 3 then a gap to Keilor and maybe avondale but they never really challenged Keilor last week so probably not. Harvey did nothing and ended up pushing up the gorund to get some kicks, Dale May played a great second half though, very good player is maysey. On a side note Keilor 18s lost there first game of the season to yesterday...

I stand corrected.... Strathmore had numerous avenues to goal including Dale May who is an absolute star.... Paul Barnard is a handy player to bring in and out of the side.... Once the ball started running strathmores way (2nd quarter) they were unstoppable - Lindsay / Holman / May / Watts / O'Neill make up a superb midfield & the mobility and flexibility of their big men is outstanding - Quinn / Hoath / #15 / Robson /J.Barnard / Winter can play anywhere !!!:thumbsu:

Youngsters ???? - Couldn't name one player in strathmores 2's who would get a game in A grade (Adam Dalley excluded)... Although there under 18's had a good win..... Half a dozen injuries could test their depth but I can't see them not making the G.F... :thumbsu:

Is Zahra the best Full back in the comp... Kept Harvey in check ?????:thumbsu:

Yeah i have seen in the results that the Strathmore 2's have been struggling. what i ment by youngsters, i was refering to the youngsters that have come up through the Strathmore JNR ranks that are now playing ones in the Strathmore Dream Team

Was it Zahra who played on Harvy? Who Played on Winter?

All in brawl in the 3rd qtr between Kp and Craigeburn.

Joe Misiti, kicked in the face, now sporting a heck e n Swollen mellon and 14 stitches on the cheek.

Low act by the eagle scum bag who did it,

Right or wrong how the blue started, no person should be kicked when on the ground.

Typical league and umpires, heck all done.

Just as well KP and East are going so bad.

Craigeburn should be banished back to the lower grade.

Scum bag c o c k suckers

clean your act up

Zahra on Harvey, Whitchello on Winter both keilor players beat their opponent there. Strathmore onballers fantasitc. D May great game. Myles Quinn most overrated player in competition. He is Soft, looks like Tarzan plays like Jane. Smith From Greenvale much better player/ruckman, as is Sapiano from Oakpark.

Did the K.P coach play ???

Dissapointing as just as the league are attracting former AFL players to the competition something like this happens... Hopefully Joe is O.K and doesn't hold it against the comp.....

From what I saw of the 2nds on the weekend that is 5 quality youngsters in the entire club ????? Will they carry the load when the $$$ runs out......

Boys all pre-season we have heard about big recruits in EDFL espicially sides like Strathmore, Marby, WC, Douttas APW, ect: But i think some blokes who stick to the same club for most or all of their carrear do not get the praises they deserve, one from our club is Ang Gentile, 34 i think hardest player at it, is a fit freak, played as VC in 92 and 93 APW A grade flag yrs and also stayed during the bad times which show alot of character. His was a fair few B&F and on top of all a great clubman who organises functions and always giving back to the club, his wife is always willing to help out at the club and little kids are always running round having a kick, blokes like Ang are thoe ppl that make club footy so great, i no litening agrees and not even polisher can call him soft, top work Ang:thumbsu: :thumbsu: :thumbsu:

Don't hold your your breath in thinking that the Lindsay,O'Neill and Hoath
will hang around once the money tree falls over. Can any-one let me me know whether any of their big dollars is being spent at the club i.e. clothing ,bar or canteen .I heard that they are a bit light on in that area
and their money goes straight in their pockets, that's really helping the club have a future for their junior's coming through.

Maybe a bit harsh but true..

Great win by Douttas. I think they are the real deal bur Greenvale did have a few out.

Went and watched Keilor Strathmore. They are just starting to gel the mores. Will be a good game in a couple of weeks vs Douttas.

Bit harsh on Harvey. Hasnt had the kicking boots on the last couple of weeks. Kicked 7.6 vs Craigiburn and 1.4 vs Keilor. He set up probably 6 goals and had Keilor flooding back to contend with. The mores just have 2 many options downj forward and sides wont be able to have that many quality backs in their side to cover them. Add L.Williams into the mix as well.........

Boss you must have been at a different game. Harvey was beaten by Zahra and Long dropping back in front of him, and didn't set up to many goals. Strathmores onballers May, Lindsay Capewell and J Barnard set up nearly all of Strathmores goals.

Bricksta....

Anymore info on the DS v GV match ??? How did Carey v Budge pan out... How did philpott hold up in the Ruck... I notice Swadiak moved forward ??.... How did the Docherty / Ramsay / Hollow & co go ???

I feel that G.V without Bicer are very vulnerable... It would be the difference between a G.F birth & 3rd or 4th finish IMO.....

What about the K.P bloke who used the good old squirral grip. Apparently it was an accidental kick to the head.
