Another of Brickstas mates up on the balconey. Wasn't the "duty of care" Douttas were concerned about, it was the "duty of scared". Looking for excuses before a blow is struck. The Lebanon is as good a condition as many others with Buckleys not too flash upon my inspection on the weekend.
Sorry to say 'aber' but I wouldn't know Bricksta if I fell over him! I was just commenting on what I'd heard. I enjoy watching different EDFL games on the weekends. And I'll definately be watching this week to see if the 'Mores can knock off the Stars. Went and took a look at Leb reserve, sorry Aber, but it's a nightmare. Good to hear Doutta's worried about their players, the Mores have loaded up and can easily replace those injured, and good on them. I suppose many questions will be answered Saturday at 5.00pm. I'll tip the Mores by 27pts.

after reading some of the posts, thought I would go and check out Leb reserve myself this morning and yes, i totally agree it is not up to standed. Carpark side of ground is like a sandpit with weeds growing through it. The centre wicket area is as hard as a rock and there are pot holes at both chf areas, sprinkler heads are dangerously raised on creek side of ground. If windy hill or whitten oval were available this weekedn why wouldn't the EDFL move the game. Would be a great dress rehearsle for the upcoming finals series. Although Doutta's are sitting on top and undefeated, the mores must go in as favourites, but I will pick the underdog and say Doutta's by 11 points....

Its going to be a battle for bragging rights in the end i think....
It will be a goal either way, bring on the weekend, i am guessing that the Moores boys would be itching to get some revenge...:thumbsu:

Wouldn't have anything to do with the other recruited ruckman... would it? Or perhaps he's late night clubbing? or he's fondness of the opposite sex?

I don't know which club you come from Specy, but most of the Mores players don't mind a drink and like girls.

But as we have said before aber, it's cheap cask wine and the girls are the umpires dressed in skirts :p

Stay Tuned to the EDFL Footy show tomorrow night, a grant of $ 330,000 will be announced by the Moonee Valley council. This will be to the Strathmore Footy Club for works at Lebo Reserve.

Old news JAMA, works on the ground have been planned for quite some time. Most likely after the cricket season.

News enough to make the footy show, guess with the critical review of the ground and the focus on how bad it is, must have been opportune to re iterate the planned works:eek:

Just to inform everyone. Rabee Haouchar has NOT been sacked from West Coburg and IS a required player at the club.

Peter Zouzounis is coach of West Coburg!

Strathmore have acouple of injuries. I tip that they will win but not by that amount 10 points at best. GOODBYE EAST KEILOR

what teams are looking the goods in B GRADE...is it pretty much just the top 3 with a chance (W C. M P. Tulla ) or is there a chance that a 4th or 5th placed team could snag the flag?

Mate there are definitely things that have to be sorted out at West Coburg but I have a very reliable source who tells me that:

Zoo is coaching West Coburg

Rabee Haouchar is a required player and has not been sacked.

I dont come on bigfooty and post rumours mate!

West Coburg will not fall over and will only be stronger from all of this!

Specy give away the shy schoolgirl act. If you've got something to say spit it out. I suspect like most of the good oil around BF you made it up in a moment of inspiration.

Maybe they do a ground swap with Parkside because 95% of their players would feel right at home playing at Lebo Reserve:cool:

Whilst on the subject of the mores, heard one of there recruits from the WRFL ( hoath ) is unhappy. Whinging that he is not getting a go?

Any truth in that or is he just struggling to fit in?

Heard likewise seem's to be missing playing in a side that gives all for each other and shares the ball around instead of playing for themselves, was keen to go back to his old club but found was no longer needed due to being replaced by a bigger, better and younger star who is a big chance for B+F in the comp..

Thank you Caveman, some users must get bored and decide to post bul l****.

I know for a fact that Strathmore wont be playing at Lebo reserve next season, they've been searching for an alternate ground for the 07 season, and so far have found nothing suitable as there are no ground available with a) good enough facilities b) lights for training
