Why did the two clubs get fined for the same thing but different amounts EDFL Man

I'm not sure WRFL Fan, Tulla were fined all up $750.00.
The EDFL will not give anymore details out.
No appeal process etc.

- $500.00 for there involvement in the l quote "riot"
- The investigation cost the Tullamarine FC $550.00.
Half was lost due to making false statments in regards to player#7.

Funny enough the women(Ms Ward) in question headed straight down to the local police station after the game to make a statement in relation to "assault".

Little she knew, she would have been the first one charged......she left in a hurry l was told!

your saying that the EDFL officials will put up a fence all the way around the reserve??
what odds are you offering??
never questioned the playing surface, however if the weather turns ugly where do the spectators go as the facillities are not up to FINALS standard.

OR are the league trying to assist Jacana with the massive debt they owe the league??

i didnt say they would put up a fence all around the reserve, they will place a temporary fence along the front of the club, along lorraine crescent. And have people staffed at two ends of that fence. They'll do this to only allow spectators to enter and exit from one point. Fact is, most people will have the decency to pay the fee to get in.

Cars can be pared right around the ground, so if the weather happens to be a bad day, you can sit in ya car with the whipers on, or head up to the unde cover area along the clubrooms, or stand on the balcony/enter the clubrooms.

What facilities are not up to finals standards?

I wonder what happen to the sharks. D-Mac and Heartbreak Kid can gives all the info :thumbsu:
Yeah i can fill u in there mate, we played some very ordinary footy all day apart from the 3rd quarter and it was disappointing to get ourselves in a position to run over the top of them and not give a yelp in the last quarter and also disappoiting considering it was our coaches farewell game and we couldn't get over the line for him, all credit goes to jacana they played some very good committed football and were prepared to help each other all day, I will put it down to that we can't seem to win away from our home ground 2 years in the comp now and not one win away just seem to play our better footy at home which we'll have to work on next year, but once again well done to the jaguars well deserved win

Hammer didnt you read the reply from RossFunke? The parking facilities are second to none at Jacana Reserve. The view from the balcony is the best place to watch football from. The playing surface and size of the ground would have to be one the best in the EDFL.
As far as the debt to the EDFL goes, you wouldnt have a clue how much they owe (or dont owe) for that matter.
It sounds like you've been on the hammer for to long hammer, you'd wanna get off it.

i did read the reply. "THE BALCONY" holds what, maybe 50? Thats a big finals crowd! Car Park, if the weather turns ugly, what bogged vehicles?

As i said no-one is bagging the venue, i believe there are better options available for FINALS FOOTBALL.

As for honesty at the gate, what planet are you on!

Hammer did some research for ya. Aren't you lucky that Saturday is going to turn out fine with a min.7 and max of 17, with more sun than clouds. No rain in sight. So ill let the tow-truck driver know not to bother coming down for those "bogged vehicles".

As for honesty at the gate, im happy to pay the admission price.

lol.. true... im just looking forward to a great 2006 finals series. Some great young talent and well established players on display this year in B Grade.

Wish it was for season 2004 as I'm sure they would all be back for 2006 finals. Don't worry somehow the boys will thread their way through the Tullamarine backmen and kick enough majors to cause an upset. Maybe, just maybe , a suprise selection up forward. Will be a good game, pity it's at Jacana. Can West Coburg bounce back or will they meet APW next week?

confident eagle one pity litening dosen't share the same confidence with the odds he put on us:p
three big losses no doubt about it lot of ppl forget that blumfield either won or came second in the goal kicking last yr from memory intresting to see some of the match ups, said on the footy show tonight that Rocky Gentile might go head to head with M Martin wrong option if they do in my opinion i think they might put dreddies on him Gentile dosn't seem to have a big defensive side to his game

from what i hear, your coached had signed with braybrook for next year awhile ago

hey my north, how does that J.Tanner go for marby. On the highlights of the game, he practically had the ball in evey clip. Looked the goods, and then GA and BD wrapped him up after the game. Also there was a cracking high hit from Desousa in the douttas game. Id reakon a match review panel would have slung him a couple of weeks for that.

Played on him and watched him a few times since very good player, wingman take a mark and can kick the ball very well, although yet to see him kick with alot of penetration will be important for Marby in the finals, hes a player that the bigger bodies can feed it to on the big grounds where he can run and hurt with his foot skills

Seen as though the B-grade season has come to an end, has anyone got a possible B-grade team of the year? it will be interesting to see if they differ from sides posted at the halfway mark of the year.

HAMMER,

Lets hear some suggestions for finals grounds from u??

IMO Jacana has a great playing surface and its all about the players not the supporters, so i think its a good idea playing on Jacanas ground.

You are quick to bag it how about some facts supporting your arguement??
