Yes mate he played at Keilor this year, he had a great year for a first year player 7th in B and f. Not only a good player but a great fella to go with it. He has just had his first child and is moving into a new home so he is quite a busy fella at the moment i imagine, He has showed full intentions of playing this year for the club so i am pretty confident he will be pulling on the red white and blue again in 2008.

I heard that Danny Stevens has declined ( got a tac job ) and the KFC is now waiting for another prospect to get back from an overseas trip before making a decision, I dont expect an announcement anytime soon but will be early November i reckon.

I think it's due to the fact that people are surprised that Keilor is without a coach only a few weeks away from the start of pre-season... It's just not like them!! Got no doubt that the strength of the club will ensure they remain competitive, but people are always gonna talk when a strong club appears to stumble, even slightly.....

the boys mentioned are not on the oak park list for seniors or under 18's.
i do know the rutley brothers are playing in your league for boort, do you know them? how do they rate up north?

Rob, minus 10-15kgs would make a great player. His season wasn't as good as it has been previous. In saying that, its easy to look good when you have Lance, Leigh Picoane, Craig, Andrew Rutley, along with Aaron Wilson (played a few games for Geelong (VFL) Drew Bartram, and the likes, feeding him the ball every 3-4 minutes

Looks like leigh piciaone is heading back to boort and with some quality from one of the top sides in the edfl. Might go one step further then last years gf defeat.

the edfl is local footy not afl, i doubt very much that clubs 'DELIST' players for salary cap relief or to make room on the list

greenvales side is an awesome outfit but faraj is a walk up start anywhere and would be in greenvales top 10 players, hamstrings or not he can change a game just sitting at full forward. i sat and watched greenvale play my mob oak park in rd 2 and was even at halftime until faraj flicked the switch in the second half and had something to do with an 80 point thrashing. general o'neal should of been banished to the twos like he was early in the yr. i know what you guys are saying about you had to earn your spot but faraj is a gun and has the runs on the board.

first of all, i have played footy with and against faraj, and reckon he is a good footballer, but to say he is in the top 10 players at greenvale, i would like you to complete an excercise and tell me the 11 players you would rate him in front of from that senior side of 21.
As for O'Neill, believe he played 1 game in the seconds after 4 weeks of with injury, so banished would be a bit over the top. And he did kick 3 goals after half time against your mob in that rd 2 game.
And he also played in your mobs back to back a grade flags if my memory serves me correctly, so do you actually have a good reason to have him out the side, or are you just cut up cause he left you to play with a couple of mates and try win an a grade flag. (which he done regardless of your useless opinion)
And people have the nerve to wonder why he would never play there again!!!!!!!!!!!!

corey dunn and harry i think had 1 year stints at oak park in the 18s a few years back, both played there junior footy at pascoe vale, both currently not playing im pretty sure, harry definitely not playing

If they haven't played for a year or two would you risk picking the boys up considering you would have to pay them to travel/play. Could be good players but might take them some time to get there touch back after time off and first year playing senior footy with men not boys. good luck to ya.
