Well, that ended well!! Well done to EDS to salvage a draw after being a long way behind. Great effort. That’s 3-4 games now that the Mores have dropped, and now drawn this season, after seemingly being well in control. Fitness?

Surely, surely, the all powerful Deer Park juggernaut shouldn’t have any problem disposing of APW next week, particularly as they are playing at the MCG of the west. After all, as has been pointed out ad nauseam on this forum, DP are the only legitimate challenger to the all conquering Keilor.

From a Douttas perspective I think they’ve had a few chances to get that extra win and not been able to get it done. Good luck to Airport West to put themselves in the pole position, if they win they deserve their spot. Either way I think we will get a very hot elimination final

Lets see if l get this right. Deer Park have beaten Pacco twice this year, Pacco defeated the mighty Keilor once by 6pts therefore that entitles Deer Park to be the only team that can possibly defeat Keilor, even though Keilor beat them twice this year comfortably.

Paea went ok. Nothing marvellous. Aberfeldie has blokes in the seconds as good as him and for example a red nut who plays forward is as good if not better with a load more energy. Paea gives me draft horse vibes and needs to lift intensity if he wants to take his career further than local footy. Take out his big haul against East Keilor and he has delivered little on paper. Not potting the bloke and I stand corrected if I am off the mark. Keep in mind I am an excellent judge of talent though.

Would expect the Aberfeldie Captain to be given a very nice holiday for his pathetic act involving Gill from Deer Park. The Aberfeldie player who struck Hill will also be watching from the sidelines for weeks.
Its always hard to win when your team is cheated by tactics that clearly breach the rules and the umpires are in on it.
Excellent venue both ground & facilities. Kiosk first class but need to change chip supplier ( too dry ).
Only comment on facility is terrace outside clubhouse needs handrail between steps before someone tumbles and ends up in wheelchair or dead. Defiantly non compliant with building code. Carpark terrible but hey when you play at Abba's you drive a dual cab ute accessorised or find another club...

Went down today, just an onlooker, don't follow either, could not believe how one sided the Umpiring was, absolute disgrace and blight on what could have been a great contest...EDFL need to have a hard look at their comp, the 3 in green just not upto Premier standard...not just 1 umpire, the whole 3 of them, I'm hoping Deer Park have video and ask for a please explain...nothing will eventuate I know, just like the team that cheated the system but gets nil penalties...and will win the Premiership again

Drink cards were big in the 90s. Kinda reminds me of a certain club.
