Premier Division's new boys Airport West?
Ryan Hargraves is rumoured to have alreadyHeard AW signed Sam Power and in talks with Ryan Hargrave from Western Bulldogs
In talks with a recently delisted AFL player and a top notch VFL player.Any word on any recruits from the 2012 Premiers? Or Premier Division's new boys Airport West?
Hargraves has been linked to clubs in the NFL/WRFL/O&M and EDFL, it'll be interesting to see where he ends up.Ryan Hargraves is rumoured to have already
signed with St Albans.
So with the announcement on Facebook at perhaps every game being taped, does that be a joint venture with the clubs? It wouldn't be cheap @ 300 bucks a game? Does that mean clubs will get copies of each game? would take the comp to another level Anyone know anything
stephen clifton to edfl? raph clarke to avondale?.more wangaratta players to abers ( porter bros )?Hargraves has been linked to clubs in the NFL/WRFL/O&M and EDFL, it'll be interesting to see where he ends up.
Why's McGlynn the money man?
I've heard Livo may be going back to Kerang but nothing concrete.
At the North Ballarat B'n'F he hinted at returning there. I can't say for certain though.stephen clifton to edfl? raph clarke to avondale?.more wangaratta players to abers ( porter bros )?
Last I heard he was at Marcellin, not sure if he's moved on though.Anyone know where Steve Macpherson will be next season?
Everyone knew that they were a side built around mercernaries, it was all a matter of time before they got better offers and took off elsewhere. At the end of the day Marby went from being the poor neighbour of Abers to winning their first flags and having the most talented list over the past 4/5 years, I'm sure actual Marby people would've been wrapped to see them win even if the success does prove to be short lived. Is it true of all the departures from Marby Park? Everyone is talking that the reason is the money has dried up and all the players are following the big cheques at Deer Park and other clubs. Livingstone presented with "Best Clubman"award at presentation night last year, now has left as he won't get paid as much as he has been. Other players such as Barling, Ayres ect.ect. "love" the club , but obviously not enough to stay for a few bucks less than what's being offered at the next "in" club...
I suppose these players gave the "old Marby" people a great couple of years, but it just highlights how $$$ has wrecked local footy.
I don't mean to have a go at these players and Marby, just using them as a classic example of $$$ being the most important thing in local footy now... Somewhere along the line we've really stuffed this up, and that is every club.
This.
Extremely doubtful to leave Greenvale.
We'll just have to wait and see then. Either way Greenvale will be fine.Interesting that Bloomfield was seen At the races on Saturday with Oak Parks football manager and an ex president....

If he's on the EDFL board whilst weakening an EDFL club by poaching players to play for a WRFL side it's a bit of a conflict of interest..What you say is true about Marby being wrapped in winning flags. When clubs let money men stroke their own ego by buying flags, they know it will eventually dry up. Even though you can't blame Marby for taking the money, they should be criticised for not setting their club up to be a well managed Premier Division Club who could stand on their own after the money dried up. As for the money man, he has gone to WFL to stroke his ego some more and do the same there. What is amazing in all of this is that the money man is on the EDFL board. How can a board member be instumental in directly inflating player payments and being such a negative influence on the league clubs in general. He alone has cost every club in EDFL Premier Division around $20,000 per year in inflating player budgets. That is $20,000 last year, the year before and the one before that as well as next year and years to come!!!!!!!!! Come on Pricy, how can you let this happen in having a board member represent the league whilst bringing it to disrepute? We know that you read this forum even before you read the Herald Sun with your bacon and eggs in the morning, so Pricy have a think about it!!
apologise for my ignorance, but where is the snake pit?ben considine made the move down to the snakepit
