Great idea but don't forget to leave a bit earlier and have a counter lunch at the Pascoe Vale Hotel. $10 lunches, you can't them. Then after sinking a few in the rooms after the game, back to the Pacco pub for a counter tea..
Cheaper than fish & chips and it will be quicker than waiting at the local fish shop.

To all - By the way I agree Glenroys ground is good and I was only responding as someone mentioned the idea of using Keilor Parks ground.

Big Game Friday Strathmore V Keilor. It is a pity this game is played at Strathmore which is clearly the worst ground in the League for Parking & Viewing. I'll go as far to say worst(most expensive) canteen also. If the EDFL are going to have a "show case" game on Good Friday more thought needs to go into the venue every 2nd year when not played at Keilor

There should be no football on Good Friday. It should be a family day without the distractions. Yes, you would think it was a religious holiday.

That's fair, not many grounds could handle the Parking, but most others have better access of getting in/out, more street space ect... it's just that where Strathmore's ground is situated is a hole of a joint

That's a bit ordinary Bang especially after a few beers. A good friend of mine once told me you should always over cater.
Did you get a pizza then? It's a good set at Keilor usually with the coffee and pizza vans, plus the village shops close by.

I think Strathmore have the food vans charging those high prices..

Just heard a little whisper Mousty Hammoud from Mooney Valley off to West Coburg for $550 a game, look the kid can play but for $550 please. Premier footy is a big step up from Division 2.

I'd heard he played a praccy game at Northern and did very well. Apparently he is a former junior of the club. This is the guy with the dreadlocks yeah? If so, the club mustn't have been willing to pay, but agree there are others just as good on far less $. Good luck to him if he can get it. Some people at Northern will be disappointed he is no longer going back as he is a favourite amongst them.

Played against Fitzroy, went well. If he was a proven player at A-Grade level by all means give it to him. I hope he goes well but I can't see him having to much of an impact in A- Grade.
