I guess Lukosius and King to go 12 & 13 confirmed?
That's not what I was saying, but most years show up bottom-agers to come into their own in the latter half of the year.
Lukosius looks crazy-good and does Rankine, but possible some October/November birthdate players may yet come through and show even more promise.
In recent memory:
2015 Weitering was being touted as possibly the best player early in the year. He did go at #1
Who would have had Clayton Oliver in the top 5 at the start of the year? No one would be my guess.
2016 Petrevski-Seton was one of the players largely regarded as the best talent. He went at #6\
Who would have had McGrath as being the best player in the draft? Anyone?
2017 Brander was the player I recall generally being spoken of as a serious #1 contender. Went at #13
Andrew Brayshaw as the second best player? Don't think so.
There will always be players that come out of nowhere. Should this year be any different?
