If you get Ben King out of this, you’ll be delighted for the next 10 years.Interesting. So you think we will trade down to get another KPP? I hope we don't!

Absolutely. He’s been a defender as a junior all the way up to Rd 3 this year. Played forward at school and for Metro but otherwise it’s always been Max as a forward and Ben as a defender.Yeah he can certainly play. Just not sure it should be our priority. Could he play on the big forwards in defence? Weitering is too slow for this role and we need a tall with genuine speed and athleticism.

Come on mate, no-one would fall for that in recruiting circles. A gallant effort, but it's the oldest trick in the bookTarryn Thomas in free fall with some off field problems according to Tom Morris.
Also rumors our first pick will be off the table for Polec.
Stuff is about to get interesting.

My favourite part is the unnamed source, aka the North recruiting department

Have you looked at some of his player comparisons? Absolutely laughable.Buckenara has just ranked Thomas at Pick 7 in his Top 30. I think North winning that last game put paid to them thinking about keeping their 1st Pick. Ship it off to Port as planned i'd guess.

Foley is from WA so that answers your query
Foley is a tallish Inside/outside midfielder with nice balance, it’s tough to find a comparison but when you think Mathieson you think “inside bull with questionable smarts and kicking”. I wouldn’t say that’s the case for Foley.
Don't shoot me I'm just the messenger...WTF, are even one of those player comparisons even close!
How the hell does some one say Connor McFadyen plays even remotely similar to Dayne Beams.
Gary Buckenara is about as relevant to AFL drafting as Malcolm Turnbull is the federal politics.Don't shoot me I'm just the messenger...
He is a hard one for me to read, he is tough and can run all day. His speed is only ok for his size so I can’t see him getting taken before Zac Butters. I see him in the 20-40 rangeWhat are your thoughts on McHenry?
Is his speed only okay? From the videos he looks quite zippy with excellent top end speed to chase down and tackle. He is a hard one for me to read, he is tough and can run all day. His speed is only ok for his size so I can’t see him getting taken before Zac Butters. I see him in the 20-40 range
For his size it’s only ok, McHenry is only 175cm aswell but as a pressure player he is better than Butters. I’ll use an Essendon comparison because I’m hopeless but Butters is more Fantastia where McHenry is more Tippungwuti if that makes sense. Is his speed only okay? Is Zac Butters a better option for a zippy small forward who can apply pressure?
