B: Lachlan Jones, Zach Reid, Luke Edwards
HB: Brandon Walker, Nikolas Cox, Denver Grainger-Barrass
C: Zac Dumesny, Zane Trew, Braeden Campbell
HF: Caleb Poulter, Logan McDonald, Elijah Hollands
FF: Errol Gulden, Jamarra Ugle-Hagan, Oliver Henry
R: Riley Thilthorpe, Will Phillips, Nathan O'Driscoll
IN/C: Reef McInnes, Tanner Bruhn, Heath Chapman, Jackson Callow

This was a great exercise ngl, had to balance my rankings with player types

Tried a mock up for the eventual All-Stars game at the end of the year, excluding some players that wont get up and a few others might no get up that are included but hopefully that wont become the case.

How might Cox’s career develop? Many have him as a KPD. Does he start there or somewhere else? Does he play first season or will he need to bulk up first?
He has the endurance base to play early but yeah the body size is the issue at the moment, I think he becomes a key defender and see him starting his career in defence aswell as it’s one of the better spots to ease young players into.

Bit of a weird player comparison but he looks incredibly similar to pre draft Nick Larkey from his highlights, swingman style beanpole with a bit of toe, however Cox has a much better left foot.

I've only seen limited vision but is that around the mark, or have I completely misjudged him?

I don’t remember Larkey looking anything like Cox, I didn’t mind Larkey in his draft year but even as a bottom ager I feel Cox looked better. There isn’t many comparisons I can think of for Cox but maybe Hipwood is someone around the mark, I think Hipwood could be an AA CHB if he was given time there.

If the crows were to get 4-5 top 25 picks who do you reckon they'd take
Hard to say this early on but I would imagine best available would come into their thinking. A few local lads could be around the mark like Poulter and Powell.

Tried the search - what's people's feelings on Shannon Neale?

This was my summary of Neale
Shannon Neale
201cm 86kg
Ruckman/Key Forward
DR: 30-60

Clean hands

Consistency

Neale is an elite athlete with a good leap and impressive running ability that makes a great combination for modern rucks but also potential to perhaps play in other positions, Neale is clean at ground level and judges his jumps well for hit outs and there is a lot of potential with Neale and he is one that could have really risen up draft boards with a strong showing this year.

Besides Logan McDonald , who do you think would be the best key forward in the draft? Could cox or Reid potentially play that position?

Thilthorpe is up there along with Kaine Baldwin if he didn’t do his knee. Callow, McMahon and Lord are others to consider later on. Reid and Cox I prefer down back with Cox the more likely of the two up forward.

Some small highlights of Heath Chapman, Shannon Neale and Isaiah Winder

On the clip you posted ..he looked to have reasonable balance..any idea on his agility? Some of these big guys seem to turn like they are oil tankers...

It seems ok of my limited viewing, he didn’t test at the start of the year but he is a very good runner

Big guys are big guys.. its just a lot of that vision was in play. Id love to see him jump high in a cb or tak a big grab etc. 201 is tall but these days they need to be either a 1980's flash back type like Mumford or they have to be athletic. Looked like he kicked the ball OK... certainly like to see more...

Where as Chapman... have to say Im surprise to see him rated as high as he is...based on that snippett. Id like to see more just to see why he is rated so highly. His kicking look to have a high ball drop and a poor guiding hand. Quick..not too my eye. Not my cup of tea..... based on that Id be very surprised if Geelong draft him

Watching Chapman now and he is definitely in the top 20 mix. His rebound work is exceptional and plays a lot like Jordan Ridley.
