It was a weird throwaway comment and from my limited knowledge I would agree. Find some of the ratings of Western a bit weird though. I get the size is a concern but he’s legit probably the best colts player the last two years, dominates every game but struggles to get into peeps top 40. Don’t pretend to be an expert though so I’ll defer to you guys
I imagine Jones is 10-12, and Schofield around 30?Port have 3 2nd rounders and 2 3rds.

I think the Crows bid on JUH to make the Bulldogs pay for the way they acted over Keath. It really, really, really pissed off the club. That I can tell you (that it pissed them off, not that they will bid).I don't think the Crows will take Thilthorpe with their 1st pick but time will tell, I don't see him as clear number 1 pick in this draft and I doubt Hamish Ogilvie would think so too. If he wasn't a South Aussie I'd be extremely confident of that.

jones 10-25. Schofield 30- rookie. Closer to rookie.
I’m not a fan of Schofield. He’s being rated on what he produced as a 16yr old. Since then he’s been constantly injured, and tonnes of prospects have flown past him. He doesn’t have the size to be an inside mid (his frame is small so he isn’t adding a lot of size to it, compare his frame to a guy like Campbell who has lots of power already in it). He doesn’t get outside enough. He’s the second touch guy outside packs which at afl level gets shutdown very easy with bulk numbers around stoppages. His best case scenario is if he adds an outside running ability like a Brad hill. His ability to make decisions by foot and pick out targets in the blink of an eye is very good though. I honestly would let him go elsewhere if father / son (Jarrad is an assistant coach at Port) would prefer to avoid working together. In fact if Adelaide freo or eagles bid on him I don’t see why he wouldn’t choose them.

Fremantle in deficit 264.92 points.Lores nominal draft order has all the defects listed, I believe Port and GWS have some points to make up for
Deficits will be applied to clubs current picks, at the end of the finals and before trade period starts.Fremantle in deficit 264.92 points.
Other clubs 254.2 Giants 115.93 Port
I guess it's just a question of what round they get applied to?
Twomey also mentioned GC Darwin zone linked Brodie Lake who is playing in the SANFL u18 s as t the moment.
seems to be a powerful midfielder.
many draft watchers or south aussies seen anything of him?
Are there any other point deficits that need to be accounted for, other than Freo?
central district
McDonald today not screaming pick 1 IMO, crumbing goals are good but is he a KPF at AFL level?Yep very good showing
Powell with a lazy 47 touches and 2 goals. West Adelaide are shocking though in the 18s.
Perth’s forwardline entries haven’t helped him at all, only one of those goals was a crumb but 3 goals is still good going. 2 short of what Thilthorpe has got for the yearMcDonald today not screaming pick 1 IMO, crumbing goals are good but is he a KPF at AFL level?
I'm not taking either with pick 1 personally.Perth’s forwardline entries haven’t helped him at all, only one of those goals was a crumb but 3 goals is still good going. 2 short of what Thilthorpe has got for the year![]()
After Sydney match our bid on Campbell.Hollands would be lovely
I was just looking at Tom Powell's testing results, he stacks up pretty well athletically with endurance maybe needing some work.Yep very good showing
