Neale is the type of ruck that would go for a run on the wing and take a bounce haha
It’s hard to say at this early stage as I only have his game from the all-stars last year to go off and stats, he has the tools and athletic background. He could have been a player that rose up the board with a strong champs.
giantroo makes up little highlights, might be a good person to ask.Has anyone done a cut up that game... be nice to see just a minute or two of the player one is interested in? Did he do anything outstanding in that game ..I cant say I remember him

Interested to see how Kade Screaigh plays for SD as well, seems to have played a good game last week stats wise in a losing affair. This weeks WAFL colts stream will be Claremont vs Swan Districts.
Zane Trew is the big name to look out for with potential bolter Ty Sears and bottom age gun Rhett Bazzo

Hey mate, how would you compare Jones to a Gould? They seem to be relatively similar types, with Gould having more runs on the board at the same age.
Idk about runs on the board I think Jones has done really well at League level comparative to Gould last year.Hey mate, how would you compare Jones to a Gould? They seem to be relatively similar types, with Gould having more runs on the board at the same age.
I meant more that Gould was on everyone's radar as an underwater, whereas Jones has come from the clouds this season to go from unknown outside of PA draft watchers, to 12 on your mock draft in the space of a monthIdk about runs on the board I think Jones has done really well at League level comparative to Gould last year.
Jones is a far better athlete than Gould and he has more tricks than Gould because of it

Gould always had the frame to dominate at a younger age so it’s not that surprising that he caught some attention, Jones has still had attention in the lead up just not to that level as he didn’t play champs last year.I meant more that Gould was on everyone's radar as an underwater, whereas Jones has come from the clouds this season to go from unknown outside of PA draft watchers, to 12 on your mock draft in the space of a month
Does better athlete = better footballer?

Gould’s disposal count gets inflated a bit since he did kick outs where as Jones is never given that task (plenty of good kicks in that Woodville league side)from my memory gould was regularly hitting up something like 16+d including a few games of 20+ and was intercept marking everything. Was already an all-Aus defender. He definitely had more runs on the board.
Jones size / athleticism combo is exciting and he could have more upside.

Yeah sorry I meant at league leveljones has taken the kick outs for much of his career that I’ve seen... has he not been doing that this year? I’ve watched less of him and more of under 18’s as I’ve seen enough of jones already.
I doubt that is where the disposal difference between the two is coming from.. gould was just a more offensive player at that stage.
15 touches, 1.1, 5 marks (3 contested), 6 hitoutseDPS what was Thilthorpe’s stat line from today?
That’s very impressive! Feel absolutely robbed that as a dogs fan I’m not getting the chance to watch Ugle-hagan play this year. It sucks15 touches, 1.1, 5 marks (3 contested), 6 hitouts
Logan McDonald says ‘that’s cute’ with 15 disposals, 7 marks and 4 goals. That’s very impressive!
Did he really? He’s a great size. If he keeps it up is he a top 5 Smokey ?Logan McDonald says ‘that’s cute’ with 15 disposals, 7 marks and 4 goals.
Think 4 of those marks at least where contested.
Yeah absolutely he is, kicked 3 in round 1 aswelDid he really? He’s a great size. If he keeps it up is he a top 5 Smokey ?
You never ever take bests into account in junior football, they would have been beaten by 120 without him, clear best for Districts. You watched Zane Trew's game today, are the WAFL people that do the best players taking the piss? A 31 disposal game and can't make the bests?

What do you know about this bloke, looks to have had an impressive start to the 2020 season over there for a Ruckman looking purely at his stats. Shannon Neale a quiet game on paper.

What about Isiah Winder from Peel? Seems to be racking them up so far this year?I’m not a coach
Mallard is a mountain of a kid, smart and strong but lacks a little bit of athleticism but not enough that would rule him out, coming from a long way back not being apart of the state academy.
Neale seems to be playing mostly as a forward rather than ruck, had a good game last week though.
Seen him play in the colts grand final last year and did some nice things, does have a mature body and has great smarts so I’d expect him to perform well, his stat line as a bottom ager last year was fairly good aswell. What about Isiah Winder from Peel? Seems to be racking them up so far this year?
