Why not trim it to just filling out a best 22/22+3 then? Would almost halve the number of required picks. I also imagine trying to compare a list of 25 and a list of 40 wouldn't be easy.

Maybe trim it to a max of 30. Easier comparison and still a decent squad base

I'm open to ideas before the first list is posted, after that it's set in stone. I liked your idea, I just think a squad of 25 is too small

I'd strongly advise you to put a rider into the rules up there giving you god mode - because you WILL get questioned by somebody that has a sob story about the rules being unfair, or why they didn't get player etc etc.....

I think 30 is reasonable. 35 would be more of an indication of depth, but I'm not too fussy about it.

Haha, I know. Luckily the blokes in this one aren't KA. I ran one on the OFG board about a month ago.

A range gives more freedom. That's why I like it

Tied bids will be dealt by me sending the two/three etc people who tied a seperate pm to tell them to rebid

Don't factor in if they miss. What the output would be if they played.
