Only squibbed three times today (Well I only watched pieces of it so it could have been more)

The game was yesterday and you are wrong. :)

I mean fair enough you aren't very smart, but if a 25 possession, two goal performance (robbed of a third) can't be congratulated then you have problems.

Dolt.

He's a rough diamond.

Anyone who wrote him off recently (and you know who you are!) needs to have a reality check.

He needs to play 1's. He will learn nothing at Williamstown.

All we need is patience, and to put up with the shockers. Same goes for Travis in the backline.

Exactly FIGJAM, as I have said before Egan might just be that type of players that finds it easier to get involved and play better footy at the highest level.

Hopefully Egan can develop into a Andrew Embley type over the next two or three years.

In fairness to Ali, Egan is a squib. But we knew that when we drafted him!

He's an outside, matchwinning midfielder, with buckets of freak. Enjoy him for what he is.
Ssssshhhhhhhhh.

Egan was very good v WCE. The only game of that sort of quality he has played so I will reserve judgement but it has to start somewhere. He looked a lot more poised than he has at that level. This week will be interesting. Against an average opponent he should back it up. He is late into year two. It’s time to put a couple of those sort of games together.
