My favourite lazy farming method

that bloody ball killed me more times than I care to admit.

Another good farm is if you've beaten Godrick, head back to the First Steps grace (where you came through the doors at the very start) and the bloke in the white mask should have left a message on the ground. Read that then head to the Rose Church in Liurnia, talk to him and he'll give you an item that let's you invade people. Do that three times (you don't have to win) then he'll give you an item that transports you to a later game area. From there if you sprint on Torrent to the other end of that area there is a grace right next to about 15 weak enemies that drop about 2k runes each. If you've got a particular sword from Caria Manor (which you can get without fighting any enemies) the weapon arts will shred through the enemies at the farm spot. Or you can just backstabbing most of them because they don't attack you unless provoked.

I reached level 50 and you don’t get a trophy for it what gives Fromsoft

You can kill a sleeping dragon which gives you 75k runes dosen’t move at,all you have to do is keep slashing it till it’s dead.

Those 75k runes helped a lot

I get no satisfaction or feeling of joy when I beat a main boss all I get is “what a kent and thank heck I don’t have to beat him again”

That Dragon is apart of a questline, but don't worry killing it early doesn't make you lose the rewards.

Not sure since I killed it early too, but if you go back later when it should be active you kill the other 5 dragons and then a Dragon Spell should be available to buy with hearts at the Communion.

Weird, no-one seems to know exactly what the deal is with it online either. I just got all 5 dragon hearts when I killed it as they all died when it did I'm fairly certain but I've read a few reports of different things happening upon killing it. Every (or nearly every I'm not certain) greater dragon unlocks a new spell at the shrines.

Guess I'll keep it alive on the next run-through and see if that triggers anything.

I know I accidentally woke it up when I first came across it so maybe that has something to do with it.

I've said it earlier in the thread but it bears repeating the further I get into the game: DO NOT WATCH PLAYTHROUGHS OF THIS GAME BEFORE YOU HAVE FINISHED IT. I am overjoyed that even 35 hours in I am still being amazed and surprised at new discoveries.

Using the Rivers of Blood weapon skill with the mimic ash, just tears through her.

Cheers mate I haven't given that weapon skill a go yet but I will now. Mimic ash is a life saver. such a tank at +10

Not full play thru’s but I’d be researching some locations / boss hints if you are struggling. If you are only planning on playing once (it’s a long game), You might want to look up some quest help so you don’t miss a good one. Each to their own really.

It’s not cheating as From gave us a map this time when previously that was also considered blasphemy.

Boss help maybe (but even then part of the game is learning how bosses work anyway).

Location spoilers you are really robbing yourself of some of the most joyful moments the game can offer.

The blinder you are the better.

The enemy’s in this game are absolutely ruthless.
I still can’t beat the first boss and I’m on level 24. I’m finding it so hard during a battle to rotate through weapons, health, focus points, crack pots, summoning ect.

Margit is a very difficult 'first' boss, the hardest in any of the Souls games so don't be too discouraged.

His first phase is very easy, I take no damage. But he destroys me when he brings out his weapon once he's at 50% health!!

A tactic is to back away when he does his jump/lunge attack, then get a few hits in. But even then I don't last long.

So I had Radahn down to what must have been one more hit and he was done. I was keeping distance so the guys summoned could do the work.
All of a sudden this big ball comes out of nowhere and one hit kills me. Have never raged so hard at a game in my life. That was about my 20th attempt. Eventually beat but boy was that brutal.
