The bug sounds pretty xtreme

It's annoying!!! Things were a lot simpler in Dark Souls 1 where there was 1 flask, now theres for this, that etc etc.


But I managed to wipe out all wolves including the boss behind the fog wall in the first cave. Slowly getting my strength up to 20, Dex is already 18. Need to look up how to upgrade weapons so I can start mowing bad dudes down.

oh and I unlocked my horsey ages ago, I just didn't figure out that I had to assign the ability to a pouch. I have named him Secretariat

I'm at the end boss currently. Getting my teeth rammed down my throat. Keep getting to the second phase with no heals

This dagger build has hit a hard brick wall.

Pretty sweet boss though.

make sure you're also heading to the mines and getting all them sweet, sweet stones to upgrade your weapons. Weapon level is what will get it done.

I don't have any magic attacks so the mines are brutal for me

If you two hand your weapon (if you're not already) you shouldn't bounce off those rock bastards. Also you can buy an ash of war at the warmaster shack that's pretty hand early on. Can't remember what it's called but it's a ground slam more or less. Staggers enemies pretty easily so you can gets crit in.

No they wouldn't. It would fundamentally degrade the experience. Work it out yourself

You clearly haven't played HFW, because coming off that game into ER, ER is a complete downgrade as an open world game in terms of design.

I absolutely suck at games, let alone Souls types games. But Twitch streams showing the batshit crazy encounters, along with the awesome atmospheric level design is starting to grab me.

That and reading you guys talk about it is giving me a case of FOMO and wanting to give a try.

That being said I do love my TV in one piece.

Have had a $100 steam voucher sitting in my account for a couple of years and just caved and got it. Worst case scenario can judge within a couple of hours if it's for me and get a refund.

Been keen to get back into Destiny but still don't have the time at the moment to grind and keep up with the player base . At least with this I can chip away at it in my own time.

I know the graphics and design has been open for debate but looking at people streaming, it looks gorgeous IMO and that's what's sucked me in.

I'm a few hours away from 100%ing the game, nearly have all the legendary items and just need to run through the last area.

Malenia 2nd phase was painful as a melee user, needed to resort to Mimic Tear Ashe Remains to get some breathing space from her range and damage that is instakill for me
