I downloaded last resort a while ago and listened to vamp far too many times during the first few days. Now I can't listen to it.

I don't know about trance. I'm pretty sure i used to listen to it but now I don't like it so much. Can you post and example? and an example of tech/minimal house?

I like minimal techno. Not too great with knowing the correct name for genres which has gotten me into trouble. I used to like (and still do) dark and dirty electronica and i was describing it to a guy and one of us concluded it was 'funky house'. He was like "i love funky house it's my favourite" so he made me a cd and it was awful awful stuff.
