Simple - just marketing.how the hell did we manage to end up with him?
Daisy....esk movement
I thought you were talking about GarlettInteresting......
"Knowing what I do, I don't think Templeton was overlooked in the ND purely for football."
Perhaps we got an absolute bargain here. And I reckon if there are any personal issues a change of scenario to the big smoke may just do him the world of good. Really like this selection.
Agree.. Don't think they will both be on the rookie list long, but it'll also depend on list changes at the end of next season. With the likely retirements of a few more senior players at the end of next season I reckon Eli and Weller are in a good position to be upgraded. I wouldn't be surprised if both are considered short term rookies by the list management guys.

I'd talk him into experimental brain-transplant surgery, then knock out Cam Shenton and steal his body if I thought it could get him to a premiership medal... But I think 2015 might be a bridge too far for our LeonardDepending on his body in 2014 wouldn't surprise me if we try talking Hayes into playing into 2015 so he can reach 300 game milestone.
I don't think there is much, if anything at all, to worry about there. From what I was told yesterday I believe a mountain that scared other clubs off was made out of a molehill (and not much of a molehill at that, maybe a half-built one!) and it looks like we're the club that could benefit significantly out of it.Interesting......

Depends if it was because Watters doing the persuading. If it's Richo doing it, the result might be a bit different.agree. if he had to be pewrsuaded for 2014, he won't be doing 2015.
We may find that Lenny slips a little further again this year and that 2015 in not viable for him or the club. His year from Lennys lofty standards was done last year and would be best for him to retire as the club champion that he is, rather than overstaying his time and struggling. He said somewhere last year that he would even retire mid-season if his form didn't warrant selection, or he was sub, or not getting enough games. Justifiably he carries his pride of performance right to the end.
His retirement game will be EPIC.I would not be surprised if he announced his retirement mid year. especially if he saw that the saints now had some mid field depth, and he knew that he could leave knowing there was players to take over. Let us just cheer him whenever he players this year.As i doubt that he will play all 22 games.
Honestly hope he gets the opportunity to have one. Doesn't always happen as we know. Chaired off the ground after a win is the warrior's way to go.His retirement game will be EPIC.
