Did you have the circle thing before you got in?

Was trying on the phone and iPad. iPad sat on the circle for like 15 seconds, the phone for minutes until I was done getting tickets.

Try refreshing one or two, see if that kicks it through. Just have to be lucky sometimes I think.

Have got both going also and neither have worked, as well as desktops. The typical luck I have when it comes to finals ticketing.

Ok finally got tickets... block 121 happy... what worked for me was clicking the find tickets on the partner page, there are two options from the home page

I got the spining circle at end of count downon my PC. Lost my patience after 15mins. Rang daughter who used her mobile and got through straight away. Had block 330 tickets by 9.20. It seems the virtual queue is not the same as a physical queue.

Other than not liking the interface, that's the easiest I have ever got tickets. Was on at 9 am, didnt see any spinning wheels in the whole process.

Refresh and try as many different browsers and os as you have available and keep refreshing

Stupid system - 2019 and they cant sort out an online queue when they are overloaded.

Theres no explanation as to whether you should just wait for the circle or refresh

The fact that there is no explanation means people are using multiple devices and browsers that are adding to the congestion.

First bought finals tickets in 2005 (to the GF) and it was a mess back then. Lined up at the MCG overnight, we were pretty close to front of line, and ticketing crashed after only a dozen-odd groups in front of us were successfully processed.

Good to see 15 years later they haven't fixed anything. Still crashes each year like it's an old tradition.

I chose seats closer to the fence at ground flevel for a bit of a change from my nosebleed level 5 seats. Hopefuly no rain!

So I sat watching the circle spin on 3 devices for one hour then went back to the homepage on my laptop and clicked on find tickets. Clicked on member upgrade and boom got tickets within 10 seconds. I didn't see that option on the app. What a complete balls up.
