Omigosh a twist in the tail. Opponent is over 100 in front but Barlow is a late out and he has no emergency, whereas I have 71 pt emergency (Martin). I'm right back in it now, even though I don't deserve to be.

Looks like I'm in trouble 215 up with them up having Pavlich(c) Palmer & Harvey still playing. Harvey has been quiet but is capable of a 60-70 point half same goes for Pav. Hope I can hold on.

Thought it may mess me up this week with a tough draw, but thankfully they had Bartel wearing the 'c'.

By my calculations I managed to hang on by 40 odd points which is not bad considering I copped a 0 for Barlow.

I got lucky this week ... only managed 1944 (zero for Barlow, Bartel captain) but still managed to win by 84 points.

For the first time, I'm likely to be in the bottom half of the draw next week so the end may be nigh!!

Hopefully will be in the top half this week. Got no idea how my opponent was in the top half.

I actually should have got a score of 2245 as I had Montagna captain all week until I changed it two mins before lockout to Bartel. Oh well.
