As part of the salary cap process do the club directors have to sign a statutory declaration as to the truth of the submission to the AFL?
If yes than Jack could be on his way to another court case (not sure what the penalties could be). As much as I hate Caaaaarlton, I want them around as they are a great rival. I enjoy wathcing them suffer like they enjoyed our Unshaw years but the people who should pay the most are Elliott and his co-conspirators.
