I spoke to him yesterday, it wont happen but if both Schofield and McGovern went down he would put his hand up.

If (touch wood) we lose about three key defenders, then I guess he's an option.

Realistically he's zero chance.

Barrass just not physically ready, would get absolutely destroyed in a GF, really struggled in his last 2 matches in the WAFL.

No it wouldn't be. He'd be found out. Low on confidence with his knee, low on fitness and would struggle terribly with the pace of a GF.

If we lost the Gov and Schofield we'd realistically play Selwood plus a McGinnity / Nelson, or maybe Lycett comes in to share the ruck and Sinclair plays loose across half back as the intercept tall back man.

Would be totally ridiculous to play MacKenzie at this point in his recovery.

We'd lose either way if that were to happen, and Selwood is struggling with the pace of a normal game now, can't see him being any better in a GF
