Help Email Notification Every Time I Start A Thread

I've raised this before, and appreciate Wosh has tried to help with this but unfortunately to no avail - but how come I still get notified via email each time I post a new thread? Do I follow myself or something weird like that?
I get that my ego is big and all but still, I don't need the reminder and have tried every possible avenue myself but just can't seem to work it out.

Any help is much appreciated! Thanks.

And yes, everything is turned off in the Preferences RE Emails.
