Camels and coaches same thing struggle at their first gig much better at their second gig, the Camel is doing fine by all reports
Yze said in his last press conference that he sees Balta going back to his customary role in the backline.
Young isn't unrestricted but I doubt we get in his way if he wants to move on.
We have too many tall backs and I wouldn't be surprised if young takes up a long-term deal at another club on more money.
Blight likely to go to the Eagles.

I was unhappy with the Blight pick at the time because I thought we had too many KPDs, looks like i was right. This whole 'make list decisions without looking at your list first' strategy we've been doing really isn't working out very well.

Hopper traded? We couldn't be that lucky. What's he worth? Besides a packet of twisties.
We still had tall stocks at the time. Kozi is better back and was often playing VFL, Ryan (who we were giving a 3 year contract to at the time) was sometimes playing in the VFL as well (although I think he had an injury at some point) and could have bolstered the forward line. And of course we picked Gray at the same time, so that was yet another option.
Also would it have been the end of the world if we had a game or two where Miller was our only genuine KPD due to injury? We won the wooden-spoon regardless. We should have been planning ahead (cough Davidson). not worrying about key position depth.

Showed good signs when he played in the seniors. Even when Cadman kicked a few goals on him is good for his development and will know which areas to work on.
If we didn’t have Tarranto & Hopper this year we would have been absolutely smashed each week.

Last year Kosi was playing forward while Lynch was out injured.

Tylar Young decision pending IMO will decide whether we still have a list spot still available.
It's also really annoying that we don't know who is on the rookie list and who is on our main list anymore. Why is it such a big secret?
All we know so far, Colina, Bauer & McIntosh are gone. Young is thinking about going due to the 4-year contract, Dow's been told he needs to wait.
We have picks 2,3 and Kellaway to come in.
