The Goons win too Thanks to a 2 goals(1OG) from Adebayor who comes off the bench in the 2nd half.

75 minute(OG though) and 90th minute

tried hard to stay up but the goals just won't come ...
saw them on the updates...
god i love watching Adebayor.. awesome player!!

got a nice $50 in my pocket thanks to the magic touch of xabi alonso :D

Nice, I tell you what, thank god we didn't get Gareth Barry as Alonso would have been sold off, he's arguably been our best player this season.

Yes thank God you didn't. After all the carry-on in the off season I'm quite pleased with what Barry has continued to offer Villa.

And I'm even more pleased right now because I've been promised a trip to Villa Park in 2009. :)

Hope we get a point against your mob next week.

Howay the lads!

How the hell did Arsenal not win that?
And LOL at the the Spurs fans that left early ... that's why I never leave anything before the final whistle.
As a blues fan i LOL at both of these clubs regardless of results however the bizarre game we witnessed between the 2 of them the other night gave me all the more reason until I realised that they both still got at least a point out of it :( though I would like to take this opportunity to thank hull for an easy 3,we couldn't have done without them :thumbsu: though with the way results are going atm I am taking the sunderland game on the weekend a tad more seriously having said that though sunderland and taking a game seriously are 2 words I didn't think I would put in the same sentence for some time to come :D, oh and LMAO at the gunners player (can't remember who it was) that came out before the game and said that arsenal's womens side could have gotten a point of spurs LOL I think he would still be wiping the egg of his face as we speak ;)

Not fan of the Spurs and don't want to encourage a repeat of this behaviour but was great to see the fan that ran on the ground have the players flock to him and enjoy the moment of that 4th goal.

Even in the individualistic way English/European football is these days, good to see stuff like that happen.

Can't remember? That's because you're a typical Chelsea bandwagoner. How can you forget a name like Super Cesc Fabregas?

Oh and btw, you didn't beat the scum either.

A bandwagoner that still remembers when glenn hoddle was manager? I was bred from a long line of blues fans I can assure you, though it does annoy me how many jumped on at the slightest smell of success :o I certainly aint one of them however ;).I thought it might have been fabregas but I cbf checking, was still a pretty dumb thing to say before a game none the less,i'm pretty sure that when we drew with them no one came out and said that our womens side could get a point off them (insert arsene wenger facepalm here :D)

A bloke by the name of ramos was sacked last week and just have a look at Modrics last 3 games for the club and just have Robinson in his own right.

Yes I know. I interpreted the question as 'next' manager sacked as I didn't get in early enough. So Megson it is. You paid silly money for Modric, it's a long season.

I have a soft spot for the Spurs but was not happy to see them beat Liverpool.

Wonders what a new coach can do in a matter of weeks.

Up the Arse!

2-1 to the Arsenal! What a magnificent match, as best you'll see.
Gunners may have been a more appropriate line in your statement there B9 :D Was a cracker of game though that can be said about any game that manure has it handed it to them ;) that may at least be something we agree on. Dunno if anyone saw the chelsea rovers game last night but that downpour in the first half had me thinking they might aswell have been playing waterpolo actually the weather was reminiscent of the way rovers were playing because at times it looked like they were just trying to keep their heads abover water :D (I know bad joke but it was worth a shot) but meh was happy with the 2-0 result given how many absolute sitters anelka and jt squandered in the first half hour,we should have buried them alah the sunderland game last week :o. Having said that our offensive pressure stepped up a notch which I was happy to see but those opportunities created need to be converted on the scoreboard.
