Enough is Enough, time to fix the state of the game

Footy is fine, trends and game styles come and go.
If anything we should go back to the original scoring method where behinds ate only used as Tie breakers if teams have an equal amount of goals.

You want to fix the game, all the umps have to do is penalise the player who doesnt get the ball out immediately. This is the whole reason for congestion. Once the mindset of the players in registered, they will not hog the footy and create ball ups. The game will open up totally.

Thats it, that is all that has ever needed to be done. Cant believe the dipsh!ts still havent worked it out yet.

Were the much vaunted ‘golden years’ of VFL/AFL in the eighties and nineties due to the common use of the massive VFL park at Waverley?

Now as many games per season are played at Dockland which has been described as a high tech glenferrie oval

I watched the GF with 3 South Africans in Bangkok who had never seen a game of AFL. They left that bar saying that it was the greatest spectacle they had ever seen and would keep watching AFL because, and I quote "that sport is just pure excitment"
